DO NOT BUY FAULTY GOODS
This is the 4th and most expensive android box we have purchased and honestly the worst. I would advise you to look elsewhere for a box with multiple positive reviews and not this one.We received this box over christmas and set up between christmas and new year.Within a matter of days it was very apparent there was a problem.very slowcontinually freezingremote sporadically refuses to communicate with the boxonly way to get the box to do anything is to unplug it and start over again!This was raised to the seller who diagnosed a known issue with the adaptor and kindly provided me with a refund for the cost of buying a new adaptor.A new adaptor was purchased and appeared to fix the issues... for about 3 days.We are now back to the screen freezing, the remote not working and not even un plugging and re plugging is solving the problem! The box is also clearly overheating as within a few minutes its boiling hot to the touch and is obviouisly a total health hazard!So i am left with an unusable box i paid good money for. The seller was aware of the known adaptor issue. There are no doubt other known issues and i dont feel these boxes should be sold on amazon - at best they are faulty and at worst they are a health hazard and i will be making a formal complaint to amazon.

Great little Android TV box
Great little Android TV box. Fast and runs Kodi 17.6 well. After a short time the power adaptor failed and the seller agreed to refund the cost of a new one. It was quicker for me to purchase than to send a replacement from China. Seller was exemplary in their response.Remote is fine but does need to be pointed accurately at the units location.Runs 4k@60 and HDR fine - BUT you do need decent HDMI cables to get it to work. I had some "latest standard" Amazon basics HDMI 2 cables and had problems with the picture on my 4k LG B7 OLED. I then got some HDMI Premium Certified ones and it all worked flawlessly.

Bad batch android boxes
Second one of these in a matter of 3 months. Both failed with same fault. Box locks up and all you have is the blue LED at front of box and some dodgy sound coming from the box which sounds like an old dial up connection with a hum.. unplugging box did not solve the issue so box number 2 of this brand is on its way back. 2 identical boxes with same fault = bad batch and stear clear.. time to look elsewhere for 3rd time lucky.
