I love this product. It definitely gave my hair a fab rich red colour. I know it really only lasts for a few washes but it's perfect if you want to try a totally new colour but you're not sure. If you use these colours you can try to see if you'd like the colour change to make it permanent. If you don't like the colour change you've saved yourself a lot of money & upset!It also covered all my grey hair as well.

Bought this as I'm allergic to hair dye. I have quite a few grey hairs also. I really wanted this to work. I left the conditioner in for 50 minutes and the grey only turned blonde and not brown. I'll use it for the time being until I find something else that actually works. I guess for now blonde is better than grey.*Update* After using it once a week for a few weeks now, the grey is looking more brown but still not matching the same shade as my brown hair yet. I'll keep using it as I'm allergic to hair dye, and this is easy to use, not messy and no strong smell 🙃

Used this conditioner for the first time on my natural ginger hair and WOW! The colour is amazing, I wanted to boost my natural ginger and this worked, its a bit too orange but that'll fade after a wash or 2. You definitely need to wear gloves and it does stain. Its left my hair soft, colour enhanced and smelling great

Only last for 2 washes then fades away. Otherwise nice product good colour

I am so impressed with this product, I have a sensitive scalp & I am so happy found a dye/conditioner that I absolutely love, dyed my greys & left my hair beautifully soft, left it on per the instructions for 160 mins for intense colour & exactly what I got i used Tulip Black, I have also set up a subscription for this every 2 months,, great product very gentle & brilliant conditioning..

So like a few reviewers I bought this as a conditioner and it's not. It doesn't state that it's a HAIR DYE.I have used it but as a hair dye because thats what it is. Even though it's really good please read the label when you get it because even though it says conditioner

I used this product in Chestnut to add some warmth to my long hair. It was a messy item if you don't apply with caution, gloves and take your time. It will stain clothes or towels. So use old cover ups whilst development time and do add an oily product around the hairline to avoid staining. I found the smell was just ordinary, not strong. The conditioning of product was mediocre but it isn't classed as a mask just a conditioner. Applied through my previously bleached highlights under a brown box dye recently, my hair is very dry already. So I assume on less hair damage it would be more conditioning and would take better on ends. I did have to put an intensive conditioner through ends after rinsing this. But this helped to remove build up of the product and didn't then stain my towel. I dried after a thorough rinse out and you could see the difference but not so much on my damaged longer ends. They still had blonde creeping through. So, this must work better on baby/less dry damaged hair. It took great to my roots! I have tried other toners and am disappointed how they wash out after one wash. I've done two washes on this now and am impressed how the colour has held. A good quick fix to any grey roots too. It is a smallish bottle so will realistically get two treatments. Would I buy again? I would if my hair was in better condition to hold it root to tip. I do love a good toner to give instant colour boosts. For a conditioner, this holds up pretty well in comparison.
