Golden monk fruit is great for coffee, mocha, and baking. The aroma of it is so nice, too. More expensive than the white kind, but you get the nice color, aroma and taste.

I've bought several bags of this Monk Fruit sweetener with srythritol and use it for all sorts of sweetener needs. However, I can't consume too much of it at one time or else I have to stay very close to the bathroom. It doesn't bother hubs like that at all but it does me. So, start slow and see how you like it. It tastes almost like regular table sugar. I made some chocolate keto bombs with it the other day and the sweetener didn't dissolve. When I bit into the bomb it was very grainy so keep that in mind if you use this for cold preparations.

We eat keto, so we got this big bag to save money over Swerve brown. This is almost as delicious - this seems just a little weaker in flavor, but probably because it has monk fruit extract as the first ingredient followed by erythritol, whereas Swerve is entirely erythritol. And it seems I need to use a little more sea salt in whatever I'm making with this. But I'm not complaining; I'm simply adjusting. It's a great product at a reasonable price.

Very impressed with the taste and texture for hot and cold uses. Purchased as a keto-friendly brown sugar substitute, but have found this to be the one we most often reach for when swapping for all kinds of sugar. No weird aftertaste or off putting cooling sensation. Has a slightly caramel/creme brûlée smell, which is lovely. Not sure how strongly that translates when cooking/baking, but the whole family loves it. Definitely a winner, highly recommend.
