Ben Franklin of Old Philadelphia (Landmark Books)

Tells all about Ben Franklin, good history book for children. But there is coloring in it, something says: WOW! 46,000 PEPS!What's that supposed to means! And some pages are yellow, but doesn't affect the words.

The book arrived in excellent condition and with the cover. As an older adult I have fond memories of receiving this Landmark Series of history books when I was in elementary school in the 1950s. They are just as good to read now! I am so happy to rediscover them.

I am reading the book personally before passing it along to my grandson and find it is interestingly written. I'm sure he will enjoy this history lesson.

Great introduction to Ben Franklin for your kiddos.

Engaging stories made it fun to write a good essay about Franklin for 5th grade history. The books explored many aspects of his character.

My ten year old son loves this book. He's amazed and excited about all of Ben Franklin's inventions and ideas; especially the ones that were for the better of the community. I highly recommend this book for a great look back at the history and contributions of Ben Franklin.
