The product is GREAT! Problem is I can't get the nasty sticky stuff off that the card sleeve was stuck on with. I've tried alcohol rub, soap, and kitchen cleaner. None of this worked, made a huge mess on my fingers too. I've left it soaking in soapy water and hope that will do the trick; if not, it will be returned.To seller (Salter): You might want to reconsider the necessity of using such powerful sticking materials - the card sleeve doesn't even need glue, not sure why it was used at all.

Not too impressed. Having used the baking tray just twice we note that the coating has begun to wear off in one place. We had other trays at the same time which are fine. It’s only been sink washed using mild Liquid Detergent and a soft cloth. All residue easily comes off so no scrubbing needed which we were impressed with, but then notice that the coating is coming off which is not really very good.

This item arrived warped and I had no faith that if replaced the next one would no doubt warp too. I returned it and bought a cheaper and much sturdier one from a well-known supermarket that matches perfectly. I've given it 3 stars as I don't know how well it performs when in the oven or how easy it is to clean so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

I washed & Dried, covered top with Aluminium Foil, sprayed foil with aerosol film of oil, placed either fish or steak on top of foil, placed in Oven cooked perfectly. Removed old foil & replaced with new Foil, sprayed again ready to use again, will buy same again from Amazon

Started off as a good item, looks like a good product. However the quality of this product is very poor, cheap and nasty? Unless I just got a dud? As you can see from the pictures the tray started to rust from the edges after about 2 weeks. Then after about 2 months the coating has started to come off. Poor quality throwaway product.

I love salter marble collection, they really do last unlike my old tefal set that the coating always comes off. This is brilliant, it just wipes clean with a warm sponge and food doesn't stick to it. Will be adding some more trays to go with my pans of the same collection

Some donut put a huge gob of adhesive to hold on the card wrap. And since that won’t come off I can’t use the tray. And since I had to tear the wrap to discover this, I cannot return it either. Waste of time and money. Junk.

I am really impressed with the quality and especially after cooking apple and blackberry pies with the juice spilling onto the tray which set like toffee I just soaked the tray for a while and I was amazed that jam substance had just disappeared
