This is so easy to use my grandson loves making pasties, you can choose out of 4 sizes and it comes with a little booklet with recipes we done the Cornish pasties next is apple turnovers. It's well worth the price .

I made tiny dumplings (momos) stuffed with a spicy veg mix. Normally this would be pretty laborious job, slow and fiddly. I used the smallest mould and it was really easy. The dumplings came together quickly and stayed sealed during steaming. They looked very professional! It's a nice easy gadget to use, seems robust and good value for money.Going to try smoked fish pasties next...

Useful item . I've found that lightly flouring the unit helps the pastry not to stick . Mine were not sticking all the time but when they do its a nuisance. All depends how "sticky" your pastry is really. As others have said do not over fill and I have found it best to put the mixture to one side as opposed to the centre. I have dropped my largest one on my floor which is hard tile and the cutter broke at one of the hinges. I have not used it since but if it can't be used with one hinge I shall buy some more

Sizes are not as described, attempted to return, but company refused to pay for postage refund.So I’ve put them in the bin.Very poor customer service.Further to email that I received today, offering to pay the postage.As you can see by my initial review, I’ve put this product in the waste bin, offering to pay postage is too late

I bought this set solely for crimping the pasties that I have just started to make. The crimp edge is beautifully sharp, and gives a great finish. It takes a bit of effort to crimp a fully-filled pasty, but the Kitchen-Craft does it well. I expected the plastic hinges to explode with all the force that I applied, but they didn't! Release from the mould is great: the pasties look very professional, with a clean, smooth surface. The mould is easy to wash too, so what's not to like?Now the "stupid" bit, and that's ME! As the mould looks so professional, I decided to find a suitable hook in my kitchen to hang it. That would have been fine IF I had chosen the right hook, but I didn't. I chose one directly over the tiled floor, and of course, I missed the hook when trying to hang the mould. To its credit, the only part that broke was one of the hinges, and no amount of Superglue would fix it. Ah, well, it was good while it lasted.I wonder if there's a cure for stupid?

Pas déçue par ces 3 moules qui sont bien pratique pour des empanadas ou des chaussons. Le plus petit est peut être un peu petit.
