I bought this for my mother who was suffering from knee joint pain due to arthiritis. Wearing the brace gives much support and she can now walk longer distance relatively with much less pain.I would recommend this product.

This is a good quality knee brace. I deducted one star because the center strap is just too short. It would be fine if it were made with elastic and would stretch a few inches but no such luck. The upper and lower straps are plenty long enough and do a great job of keeping the brace in place. But, the center strap is the one that supports the knee so is the most important of the three. And, if you can't use the center strap, it makes the brace pretty useless. Most people won't have a problem with this if they have small to average size knees but if you have a more muscular build, it might be a problem. Otherwise, it is a very good brace. For reference, my knee circumference is 17" at the knee cap, 19" at 3" above the knee, and 18" at 3" below the knee. The center strap would need to be at least 2" longer to fit my knee.

Purchased for my 12 year old daughter who was having pain behind the knee when running and playing softball. She has used it daily for 4-5 days now, and had found the knee brace to be very beneficial, virtually eliminating the pain. It also does not slip down like other knee braces we have tried. I was worried it would be too large, but it fits perfectly; she is on the slim side.

I ordered the brace set and it shipped out the next day. Last year I fell and injured my left knee and right ankle. I needed a brace to support my knee during my workout routines. I didn't want a brace that was too bulky and cumbersome to wear and the Ultra Flex is perfect. I wear it over or under my workout pants and it stays in place. The three straps offer great support and helps the brace stay in place. The top and bottom straps are 2" wide. The middel strap is about 1-3/4" inch but is shorter than the top and bottom straps. The straps offer great support while allowing the knee to bend comfortably. I often use the knee brace while I'm seated at my desk and the middle strap does not bother me or cuts off my circulation. The ankle strap is a nice bonus and OK if you just need very minimal support. I wear it around the house because is comfortable enough to use with just about any shoe or barefooted. This was a good purchase and the product met my expectations and need.

I've gone through many braces over the years. This one is the most compact and comfortable one yet. The third, (middle) elastic strap helps eliminate the "bunching up" around the middle of the knee that makes other braces so uncomfortable to wear for long periods. Its light and well- constructed design makes this a pleasure to wear. You hardly know it's on. The ankle strap looks to be just as functional although I have not tried it yet. Well-priced and well-constructed, this is just what my knee needed. One caveat: Out of the package it has a strong rubber tire-like smell. It should go away in a few days.

THIS WAS TOTALLY PERFECT FOR MY 10 YO DAUGHTER. SHE SAID IT HAS HELPED WITH THE PAIN SHE HAS BEEN HAVING NOT TO MENTION THE ANKLE BRACE WAS A PERFECT BONUS AS SHE WAS HAVING ANKLE PAIN TOO AND I NEEDED ONE. TI FIT PERFECTLY. I bought this in January of 2016 and have been using it for the past 11 months with no issues. I've washed and dried this plenty of times and it's still in kept it's shape and velcro strength. I have a fully torn AC and can be pretty active with this. I run on the tread mill at about 70% of my full speed with no issues. I've walked in deep snow and ice patches with out any knee problems. A couple of times while making quick movements I've felt my knee pop out but pop back in before my foot landed on the next step. I credit the brace for popping it back in. When I travel I roll up the brace and it takes up very little space. I'm a 5'4 and 170 lbs male and this brace fits great.

A really good knee brace for the price. The brace appears (will know more after some use) to be constructed with quality material consisting of two thin strategically placed horizontally rubber strips on each end of the brace (top of knee and bottom of knee) to prevent slippage and retain proper placement. The knee area is well padded with two flexible vertical wire strips on each side for stabilization, I would assume. The brace fits my knee perfectly, without too much excess material wrapping around the brace. If you have a really big knee, this brace might not fit ... just saying. Ultra Flex appear to have super customer service. The owner emailed me to advise the brace had shipped and again after the brace was received to make sure I was satisfied with the product and to contact them directly with any issues.

This knee brace is amazing. I had my doubts about the support it would provide, but I couldn't ask for more, particularly for the price. While I'm aware I'm wearing it, it's not uncomfortable, and I don't have to stretch it nearly as tight as I thought I would to get the support I need. I've had meniscus problems for some time, and finally had my knee scoped early this year. While the surgery took away the persistent pain, I'd have enough discomfort after a couple of hours of standing or walking around the house that I'd be in the easy chair for the rest of the day. I'm in my mid-sixties, and not into sports or the like, so I can't comment on how well it would perform with sporting activities. But I can say that I'm now not hesitant to take long walks with my wife or grandkids.

I have had knee problems for sometime and have remedied several symptoms with the use of proper recovery aids like a foam roller, Tiger Balm and stretching. However, a few months ago I slightly tore my meniscus in my left knee at a soccer match. I was out for several weeks and didn't trust my regular compression brace to stabilize my knee once it was time to be active again. So, I did my research and took a chance at this brace. It does its job very well. The only issue is that the material loosens up pretty quickly. I can do maybe 2 games or 2 cardio workouts before I have to wash it and throw it in the dryer so it shrinks again. If you want extra support, use a regular compression knee brace underneath. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

There are little receiving velcro squares sewn into what ends up as the inside of the brace. Those little squares are there so you have a place to attach the velcro straps when they are not on your knee. It is actually a good idea, but a wrong implementation!What happens with a large (swollen at the moment) knee (16 inches on the knee itself), the receiving tabs (the little square) of the mounted knee brace dig into the back of the knee and irritate the heck out of the skin.Moreover, the middle strap is just too short and will barely reach the brace unless you pull very hard to stretch it, which I did not wish to do due to the increased pressure from the little square pads (ouch!), as well as circulation considerations.The only good thing about this brace is that it stayed in place for the few hours that I wore it.

I'm currently waiting for surgery on a torn knee cartilage and it was recommended that I wear a knee brace until I can have the surgery performed. I went to Amazon where I found this one so I thought I'd give it a try. The brace has helped the knee immensely especially in the are of stability. As long as you don't put it on too tight it is very comfortable to wear all day long. I will probably be wearing it post surgery until the knee is back to full strength. And, the added bonus is that an ankle support/brace comes in the package as well! Hopefully I won't ever need that, but it's there just in case.

I bought this brace for my daughter who plays volleyball. She dislocated her patella and has been wearing a bulky knee brace that doesn't fit well under her knee pad. This brace is easy to put on and provides the support she needs to keep her patella stationary. She can easily slide her knee pad over this brace. I highly recommend this brace for a patella injury. Depending on the amount of use, (my daughter uses it daily while playing volleyball) you may need to purchase a new brace every 2-3 months. This is expected since Velcro does not last forever when applying and tearing off Velcro straps. This is not the manufacturers fault so don't leave negative feedback after a months use of this brace.

I'm 69 years old. I injured my right knee while bowling and it continued to cause mild pain and concern for months. After recently buying and using the Ultra Flex Athletics knee brace while bowling, the pain is significantly less and I can bowl with confidence that my knee isn't going to suddenly fail or cause me more pain. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone experiencing knee pain. The brace appears to be well constructed and stitched, and it can be cinched very tight with the strong elastics and the three velcro anchor pads. It's quite comfortable to wear and doesn't restrict my range of motion while bowling. The ankle brace is comfortable to wear as well, though I have not experienced any ankle problems yet.

My physical therapist recommends this type of knee brace because it doesn't put pressure on the damaged knee cap. It is also easy to put on and remove with the velcro. The ankle brace was an added perk, and I will hang on to it for future use. The product was packaged nicely, fits well and is comfortable. It works best on bare skin so it stays in place. It tends to slip if I wear it over leggings or yoga pants. Otherwise it is just what I needed and washes well. I hang it to air dry and it does fine.
