I wasn't at all convinced that this'd do anything for me at all, but sure enough, I'm now sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Off at 10pm, usually waking at around 6.30 and can even manage to get back off after that for another hour or two. Good stuff this.

To be honest I was sceptical about this product. But after using I noticed a change straight away. It actually help me drift off to sleep. It helped me relax and go to sleep naturally. Normally I wake up several times during the night which used to make me still feel tired in the morning. This product actually made me sleep all the way through. So when I woke up I was refreshed and not tired. If you struggle with sleep I would suggest giving this product a go. It helped and worked for me
