I first ordered the Renpho handheld massager but was not happy with it so I returned it and I decided to order the Comfier mainly because it has 6 speeds and 6 modes. I am very happy with the Comfier ! The charged battery last for days with the same strength it had on the first day of charge. The 6 speeds is perfect and I love the attachment with the heat. It really helps with my muscle tension in my neck and upper back. The scalp massager attachment is one I wasn't sure I would like but I do. This Comfier massager is a wonderful unit and the price is right !

3 months after recieving this .. it has broken. The head seems to have become disconnected and makes crazy strange sounds and does not engage the massager head. This is after it wouldnt turn off by its buttons and just kept going and going. Ummmmm??? Dang. Only used it a few times and got it only 3 months ago. I now need it for therapy .. and Kaputtt. :( Im hoping their replacement policy stands up and I can get a timely replacement. But this is the second Comfier product that has failed on Me. Hmmm?

I am very glad I ended up purchasing this massager. Setup took almost no time at all, and I greatly appreciated the ability to work with different interchangable heads and the long extention of the device to truly provide any part of the body (even the hard to reach back area) with a variety of sensations. Coupled with the different intensities provided, there are endless possibilities. I think this was particularly useful for my back, as getting targeting pressure massage is difficult in this region, especially with me being on the taller side, and this device does it as well as any other on the market. Highly Recommend!

I tried several ways to make it stop to no avail. Finally I had to let it be vibrating on the floor and about one hour later, it turned off by itself.!No info about who to call for help or customer service department.

My husband walked in at 3am, after a 12 hour shift, immediately exclaiming how exhausted and achey he felt. He noticed the unopened box on the living room floor, grabbed it, and immediately reclined on the couch. One by one he tried the attachments, loving that he didn't have to extend or move much thanks to the length of the massage handle. Bonus for me as well considering I'm way too exhausted at 3am to offer to massage! He especially liked the leg attachment, using that for the longest amount of time, and playing with the intensities. He was pleased with each of the attachments, with the exception of the head, as the vibrations were too intense.

Charged it for the allotted amount of time and when I turned it on it went crazy. The lights kept flashing, machine buzzing, and no way to turn it off. So it went in the closet until the battery ran out…and back it went.

I love that this massager is light weight yet very effective. It is pretty quiet which is a plus. It comes with several attachments which is nice. I like everything about this massager. If you’re thinking about getting it go for it. You will be pleased I certainly am.
