This is true to what they say, it will not constipate you ( I find actually to the contrary, it helps things move along with no issues). It does take time to build your iron up with this method, I've been on it about 6/7 weeks and it's gotten me up 6 points, from 19 to 25, so I've ordered more and will take two a day now. But if you seek a method that will be easy on the body and not make you sick - this would be the way to go, and if you have the time to wait it out - because it's slow going to build yourself back up. If you can be sure to adhere to all the must dos: take on empty stomach and do not take with milk, eggs and such as that will hinder the absorption. Try to eat a good diet rich in red meats and iron rich foods and also fortified cereals too.

Definitely is true to claims. Absolutely no stomach problems or constipation. Seller ships fast and I would definitely continue to buy this. Can't really say how my anemia is because I have not done labs yet. But I will update once I have that info

My husband and I use several Solgar supplements, so I decided to purchase this Gentle Iron Non-Constipating formula. My endocrinologist had prescribed that I take iron due to low blood test results. Possibly because I've had acid reflux disorder for several years (which I have controlled via what I do and don't eat, probiotics, and prescription Prevacid as needed), this Solgar supplement caused painful gastro-intestinal irritation and (ahem!) gas/burping. Symptoms disappeared shortly after I stopped taking it. Eating extra helpings of iron-rich foods instead. But if you need to take iron supplements, Solgar is a very reputable company.
