The package arrived when scheduled and in good condition. The pills are a bit hard to swallow, they are uncoated so it doesn't go down smoothly. The sleep aid has a nice peppermint taste.

Sandland is my number 22 sleep aid I have tried and I found finally something that works for me. It does not knock you completely out, but feels like you are just normally able to go to sleep. It takes me about an hour before that happens after taking the pill. It also don't feel like you got hit by a truck next day-I wake up rested, but not croggy with drugs.

I have a horrible time sleeping. I have a very easy time falling asleep, but I cannot stay asleep and it’s awful. Was hoping this product would help, maybe it’s just me, but I have taken the whole box hoping at some point I would start staying asleep but that never happened. 😫. I’m tired.

It did help him relax at night. He was 18 years old and had CCD, so he would wander and vocalize at night unable to get rest, then sleep all day. Try it.

Everyone's body reacts differently. This made me restless and when I could fall asleep it was only for very short intervals. Made me feel jittery. Tried to return since I can't use it but not allowed even within 30day window. This will nake me think twice before buying meds on Amazon.
