Poster Store 20x28 Oak Wood Picture Frame

If, like me, you:1) Found some great artwork on etsy or similar only to discover it is 50x70cm, a weird size for US wall art frames2) Want an actual wood frame, not just "wood tone" plasticThis is the frame for you! Sizing is exact to the metric unit, not 20x28" as others have mentioned. It isn't mind blowing lyrics amazing build quality, but it also isn't $100+ - it does exactly what it should do for $40. It even smells nice and woody coming out of the packaging.

The black wood frame is exactly what we were looking for to show-off a Disney puzzle. Only have two issues with the product - first, be sure to remove BOTH films of acrylic "glass" picture cover or you will not totally benefit from the clarity. In short, read the product description! Second, the frame is a bit overpriced. Otherwise, we are pleased with it.

Dimensions listed in image / product title do not match actual artwork allowances, you have to look in the description for actual dimensions. For example, 20x28 inch frame is actually 27 1/2 in x 19 5/8 on the inside of the frame (so a 20x28 poster will have to be cut or bent to fit). Otherwise just a simple cheap frame that looks nice. Not overly sturdy. Mine had an irregularity to the wood finish on one corner, just a light splotch, not a big deal but not perfect condition either.

One of the frame edges is not aligned perfectly but not terribly obvious so I kept it. I don't recommend it if you have the time to find better options, especially paying good money for it. Overall I wish the quality is better.

It's not a glass. They go with plastic front.

The metal frame is very thin and lightweight, which easily dents, bends, and scratches in shipment. The plexiglass isn't very clear and edges easily break and crumble in shipment. This will be my third return trying to get a frame that doesn't arrive damaged. It is loosely packed in an oversized box with no support and gets crushed each time. So frustrating, I'm sure this would be an OK solution if properly packaged.

Still had to cut the picture to fit the frame even though I ordered the exact size. Backing didn’t go back on right so the secures on half of the backing won’t stay locked in place

I got this frame because I appreciated the slimmer sides when compared to other frames of the same dimension (20x28), however for about $20 more i expected a higher quality frame. On mine there is a chunk that fell off and one of the corners of the frames feels like its about to come apart at any second. (I attached a photo in which u can see the visible gap between the pieces). It feels like the contents of the frame could slip out at any moment because the pieces aren't snugly fit together. Shame. While the design is slightly more appealing than frames with a thicker edge, I should've gone the cheaper route. Not worth it.

Nice frame with plexiglass, well packaged no damage at all, frame is light and easy to hang looks good on the wall, l had the gold frame. Sturdy due to the backing hardboard, easy to take back off to put photos in, very happy with, hanging nicely in my home office

Frame is nice, good oak colour to my picture. Downside is the front cover is plastic not glass. Only problem with that is plastic scratches easy… don’t clean too rough on the plastic, you’ll know what I mean when you do, lots of swirls will appear too
