Based on my doctor's recommendation, I use this after a couple days of putting in those Debrox drops into my ears. It's definitely sort of fun to see the disgusting ear wax come out. I couldn't quite give it five stars because the package of tips cost $16, but in the end it's worth the money.I will say that it's best to be careful about how far you insert these into your ears. Some people may not want to go all the way in. Be gentle and remember that it should not feel painful. The water should feel like a light pressure inside your ear. Don't try to get a stronger jet or try to poke around; just be patient. Also, make sure to use water that's at your body temperature. Cold water can have some odd effects.

It's pricey but when you factor in that it's going inside your ear you want the best quality control you can get. There are knockoffs on Amazon but wouldn't trust them to save a few dollars.
