Good value, comparable quality to what you’d get from a pharmacy or health supplement shop. Not sure it actually works but that’s not a reflection the product itself.

I suffer from poor circulation in my hands and feet and find it quite embarrassing that my hands become noticeably swollen and red when I’m out and about. I have been taking these alongside garlic tablets and have seen an improvement- my hands don’t get as swollen and red as they used to. Defo worth a try!
