Don't make my mistake. This form of CoQ10 requires conversion in the body to be effective. I needed a Ubiquinol formula not this Ubiquinone.I didn't take the product so I can't rate it. I went for the made in USA label but did not know there is an important difference between the 2 types of CoQ10 and location of production does not fix that.I'm sure plenty of people can get use out of this type of CoQ10 but I know I can't. I have no reason to believe there is anything wrong with the supplement itself. It is just unfeasible for me to take this unconverted formulation of CoQ10. This is on me but hopefully others will get something out of my mistake, too.

I recently purchased this supplement, and to my surprise, when I opened the bottle, I found a strange-looking product inside that definitely does not meet health or safety standards. It doesn't resemble what the product is supposed to look like, and I am very concerned about its quality and safety. This is unacceptable for something meant to be ingested. I will be returning this item immediately and strongly advise others to be cautious. The manufacturer needs to ensure stricter quality control before selling to consumers!

FIRST OF ALL LET ME START BY SAYING, that with the COq10 I been feeling much better of energy in the evenings. As a mom who loves the gym and lifts heavy weights and is busy full time. I can adress that I don't get the evening crashes and honestly just have felt better in general. They won't disappoint.
