Brilliant little light! very impressed by the amount of light it gives off, the glow of the light is not as harsh as I've seen with other lights so it created a really lovely atmosphere in our tent. Lasted for a really long time and charged very quickly during the day just by popping it in the sun!Very compact and perfect for camping /hiking/etc where space is and issue.cant recommend highly enough and the NIWA Uno will be coming with us on all future camping trips!

Very prompt delivery. Good value. You have to try this one, it's really good. I love that you can charge it up via sun or by plug. Lovely light in weight gadget, can adjust to any angle for reading. Not so easy to knock over. Very happy,I would order more of these for the other rooms in the house.

Horrible product. Once the battery dies for the first time, it does not matter how long u leave it under the sun, it will never charge good enough to give u proper light. it is like if it is a dead lamp now. Charger is not included and it has a very specific charger that can not be found unless u r an ancient or a magicians. Would not recommend. Hope u dont do the same mistake, it is too late for me now.

This is a really great product to take camping or keep in the car. It folds flat for storage or transporting. It has two brightness options, adjustable lamp head and is solar powered.

The LED Lantern arrived by mail yesterday. First of all, I was very surprised by how thin the packaging is. Once you fold the actual lamp it fits in your bag or easily into your backpack. I bought it because I used to have trouble with the light in my laundry room and my landlord is too lazy to fix it. Another reason is that I love to go hiking and I don't want to carry environmentally unfriendly batteries, if the sun is providing everything I need. With this product, I can just clip it on my backpack and it's being charged while hiking during the day.Delivery:Very fast.Quality:Very solid. Like German engineering is.I strongly recommend it. If something should change I'll update the review.

Zwischen Bestellung, Versand und Empfang verging ein Wochenende, und bereits beim Auspacken merkt man, dass die Niwa Uno aus Prinzip aufs Notwendigste designt ist: Flach liegt sie da, in zweckmäßiger Verpackung. Und so geht’s weiter: Beim ersten Aufrichten sträubte ich mich etwas, aber seitdem weiß ich, dass das herzhafte Knacken und leichte Aufstülpen der Basis in dem Moment notwendig sind, um die Niwa Uno fest aufzurichten. Der Kopf wiederum lässt sich um 360° um die Mittelachse schwenken, so dass man sie entweder direkt, zum Beispiel auf eine Oberfläche, oder indirekt, an eine Zimmerdecke oder Zeltwand, leuchten lassen kann.Aber davor will geladen werden. Ich hatte gehofft, es ginge schneller, aber die versprochene Ladezeit von 8h in direktem Sonnenlicht brauchte sie. Toll ist natürlich, dass ich das mit meinem alten Nokia-Ladegerät beschleunigen kann.Dann leuchtet die Niwa Uno 50 in zwei Stufen, und mir reicht bereits die „Standard“-Stufe vollkommen, selbst hier in meinem Wohnzimmer. Die versprochenen 5h Akkulaufzeit hat sie so bei mir, frisch aufgeladen, dann auch erstmal um 1h übertroffen.Das einzige, was mir besser gefallen würde, wäre ein anderer Farbton, aber ich wusste ja, dass es die Niwa Uno nur in blau gibt. :)Daher, absolut verdient, von mir 5 Sterne.
