Chiltern Wove A4 Magnetic Photo Paper Gloss

I personally love this magnet paper. It's not perfect though, I had a few little issues so this review is a heads up to keep an eye out for those.When putting the paper through my printer I found it wouldn't feed through properly, and the A4 sheet ended up moving a few inches up the page - so the images right at the top were cut in half. This unfortunately happened every time I used the paper so there was a lot of waste in the end. However, the magnet paper is surprisingly strong, so if you happen to have this issue you can use the scraps to stick to the back of a normal photo, and still get your magnet.I've also found that the ink smudges off very easily, even after being left overnight to dry. Perhaps this is just down to my printer and ink but I'm not certain. So an ideal solution to this problem, which is how I've solved it, is to use a single layer of spray on gloss - when it dries there's no smudging! Another alternative is to use the clear sticky back plastic you can get in most shops. I think it's used for covering book covers, but if it's cut to size and very carefully stuck over your photo it creates a lovely clear seal for the ink.Another little issue was that cutting the paper with scissors absolutely ruined my scissors. After cutting out the first few photos my scissors were blunt and the edges of the photos were getting quite scrappy. I think using a craft knife to cut would be better if you do a full sheet of small magnets like I did.Overall though I adore this product. Really easy to use, especially if you have a more cooperative printer than me, and create a lively finish. I went crazy and made magnets for everyone I know!

excellent, creates amazing magnets which are brilliant addition to my business and with people not wanting to buy photographs from photographers, this is a wonderful way of my having people buy and enjoy my photography. really pleased I found this product. not magnets have to be cut carefully as they are fragile so have to be very careful with them. if paper arrives slightly bent with odd mark, don't notice once magnets are printed on them. sometimes printer funny about printing something so thick but on whole works fine.

Arrived a day late but I didn't mind as it wasn't urgent.Prints really easily and looks great! I was worried as my printer feeds paper from the inside rather than the top but it worked like any other paper.The ink does rub off! But you can laminate the magnets with clear packing tape and then it's fine.This paper is thin for a magnet but worked well for printing my doodles as Christmas gifts.Really good price, amazing value!

A great amount of fun can be had with these. I have a Silhouette Cameo potter which I use to cut out designs of which I've printed out first on my inkjet printer. You need to check with your printer manual for printing out using heavy paper or card for example my printer is a Brother DCP-J132W and I have to feed the magnetic paper through the back.These 151 A4 Magnetic gloss photo paper are very good value. The pack holds two sheets which works out about 57p each with free delivery! I tried 1 pack first and I was so pleased I ordered 5 more packs.If you're a business they can be used as a alternate business card or post card or temporary advertising on a van etc, as an individual they can be use as novel reminders, wedding, birthdays, anniversary's and all seasons holidays. For me I'll be using some to show off my abstract paintings. The use is only limited by your own imagination.

I looked for this paper everywhere and this is the best place I found. The Paper is however very hard to print onto and could not be done on a regular ink jet. I had to take my to staples and even there it jammed there machine but worked eventually. I did get my project done eventually so it is good paper .. I bough two packs and unfortunately one pack was unusable as the paper had creased down the middle. This was probably a one off so don't let it put you off..

Nice easy transaction. Paper arrived promptly and works really well in my inkjet printer. It's the second batch, I've ordered, so I think that speaks for itself.

I had used this product with great success previously but the latest pack purchased is a lot thicker and won’t go through my printer so I have wasted my money!
