Fun puzzle to do but the odd shaped pieces made it unclear how things fit together and made some edges and middle pieces indistinguishable. Added a layer of difficulty compared to if the pieces were cut more traditionally.Thankfully they fit tight enough that it’s clear when pieces do and don’t go together

I loved the picture, but putting the puzzle together was frustrating and filthy. By the time you are done sorting the pieces your hands look like they've been colored by pencils. Still, while putting the puzzle together you will have to keep blowing bits away. The pieces fit, but if you love snapping that piece in perfectly you are going to be disappointed... they aren't very snug, and don't expect to move more than two pieces at a time because they are not going to stay together.All in all, it became so frustrating having to squeeze the pieces together that I gave up more than 2/3 of the way through. The visual gap lines seemed to be wider than what they should be, and some of the pieces had warping at the edge which caused the top layer to be rumpled, and many pieces were not cut completely through and remained conjoined. Most likely will never buy this brand again.

I absolutely love Springbok puzzles. I'm a big-time puzzler and Springbok by far makes the best. Plus they are made right here in the USA. This puzzle was fun to assemble, enjoyable for the whole family. One thing we noticed is that the door in the puzzle has no door handle! This may have been on purpose by the artist, but regardless, it was a great conversation piece discussing all the possibilities there could be for no door handle (the owners don't want anyone coming in???).

This puzzle has thick pieces that snap together well, but the edges don't have very clean cuts, and some of them frayed easily while I was working on the puzzle. There was a lot of dust in the box and on the table where I assembled it, which you can see in my photos. The straight cuts on the edge pieces are especially rough. The picture is cute but isn't as bright as I thought it would be. The puzzle has a lot of unique shapes which makes it more interesting, but it can be harder to find the edge pieces, which makes it a bit more challenging at first while you're assembling the outside edge. Overall, I would say this puzzle is on the easier side because of the unique shapes and the variety of colors in the picture. The quality is not the highest, but it's pretty good. It's a fun activity for Christmas.

Excellent!I love jigsaw puzzles and I thoroughly enjoyed working on this 1000-piece Springbok's Home for Christmas puzzle! Due to the unique shapes and various sizes, this 1000-piece puzzle was both challenging and fun, and resulted in an idyllic & nostalgic scene!The puzzle pieces were packed inside a plastic bag inside the box and the box was also wrapped in plastic. There isn't a poster of the finished puzzle so you will definitely want to keep the box lid available to consult the image as you work! I appreciate that the image on the box lid is clear and has no obstructions.Here are my thoughts and observations:Made in the USA! Perfect!I appreciate the use of recycled materials and non-toxic inks used in Springbok puzzles!Very little puzzle dust!No missing pieces! In fact, I've never experienced missing pieces with any Springbok puzzle!No bent, broken, or peeling pieces!Pieces are thick and sturdy, each with a unique shape, and all pieces are consistent in thickness and quality.Various shapes and sizes help make this 1000-piece puzzle more challenging! I love it!The pieces are cleanly and precisely cut.Also, what appears to be an edge piece may not be! But this adds to the fun, and makes it more challenging! Just consult the image on the box cover, and keep a "maybe, maybe not" pile of questionable pieces or if you are in doubt. But don't give up! You can do it! 😉👍🏻 The edge pieces end up making a nice straight line and it's quite satisfying to see how the unique pieces fit together!Another great thing is that the fit is obvious, no wondering if you've placed a piece in the wrong location! The pieces fit and lock together without question.In summary, I really enjoyed this "Home for Christmas" puzzle and will definitely continue to purchase Springbok puzzles! I've never had an issue with missing pieces, and I've never met a Springbok puzzle that I don't like! 😉Springbok puzzles are made in the USA, they are sturdy, the pieces have interesting shapes, and the puzzles are both fun and challenging! Perfect! And their puzzles make a wonderful gift!5 stars and recommended!

Good puzzle and fairly difficult due to the unique pieces. However it was missing an end piece and had a duplicate piece.

I have put together a couple of Springbok's puzzles in the past and really enjoyed them, so I was glad to see they finally have gotten some more new puzzles out of late as they seemed to slow up over the last couple of years. I would not say they are my favorite brand, but they do have off and on some really cute ones I just have to get. Their pieces are not going to be top quality, normal shape pieces. The pieces are made of medium thickness cardboard, and I admit I have issues occasionally with some of them being hard to match due to the odd shapes. However, they are nowhere near the worst I have seen, and their puzzles are doable. I have tried about every brand I can get my hands on, and they are probably my 3rd or 4th favorite when they have a nice one. If you do not mind a little bit of a challenge, it is worth it to get one of theirs if you really like a picture on one. There are some brands with better quality pieces I will never touch again they are so frustrating, but this one I am willing to get frustrated a little bit with.
