Candy Cane Grind crushed peppermint Bakery Topping Sprinkles 2 pounds

Fresh, crisp, doesn’t immediately soften so when I use on baked goods or dipped pretzels, you get the wonderful crunch. Will buy again and highly recommend.

Let's begin by saying I've never used crushed peppermint before. Tried crushing my own peppermint. It was a disaster. Tried this product on a whim. Wow, it was perfect for what I needed. Make chocolate dipped spoons and sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy on them. They were a hit. I did purchase 2 bags. One would have been enough. Lots in one bag.

These are so hard to find, but they are great on Christmas desserts. The picture is of peppermint cookies, but I also sprinkled them on a Bundt cake topped with ganache. Yum!

The crushed candy canes were obviously fresh and didn’t have any dust like you would typically get if you did the crushing by hand. Better than I expected quality. I’ve already passed along the link to a friend.

This product has to be screened for size - the uniformity is excellent. Good flavor, too. This goes into my Mascarpone Peppermint Stick ice cream, and everybody loves it.
