This tea really works. It’s strong so you don’t need to overdo it. I usually steep one bag and the effects are noticeable within a few hours. It helps with bloating and digestion and feels like a good reset when I need it. The flavor is mild for an herbal tea and not overpowering. It’s best to drink in the evening since it can be intense. I appreciate that it’s natural and does what it says. If you’re looking for a dependable tea to support digestion this is one to keep on hand.

Listen. This stuff works great. I just wasn't prepared for what was to follow after one cup of this tea. It tasted just like any other cup of tea. The package says to drink one cup after every meal. So, I did. I shouldn't have. I believe I lost every single ounce of water that my body contained. Does it work? Yes, yes it works. Will you be prepared? No. No you will not be. Not even after having read my review. You have been warned. It's not like a stool softener, it's MUCH more intense. Lock that bathroom door and pray because that's all you can do.

So after researching and watching YouTube and tik tok videos I was so scared to try this tea. But after drinking it two days in a row I think it was all clout.I was backed up for three days and also trying to lose weight I drank the tea yesterday around 2pm, I let the tea sit for longer than 5 mins because I was working and forgot about it lol the tea looked almost black the min I drank it I went to the bathroom maybe 20 min later felt no cramping just thought I had to fart so I went to the bathroom just incase and it was poop lol got home around 4 went to the bathroom again not a lot of poop came out either times and no cramping or discomfort of any kind either time. I went again around 6 another small amount of poop with no cramping then went about my night. I’m the morning I thought maybe it didn’t work to well because I do want to detox my body I did not feel like the amount that came out of me was enough. So I used two tea bags let it sit for a little while the tea was the same color as before and drank it around 12pm. I went to the bathroom around 3 and then again at 5 and 8pm never had any discomfort I did poop more then the day before. I have not weighted myself yet I will in the morning to see if any weight was loss.Along with drinking the tea from day one I drank almost 2 gallons of water had a big salad and some shrimp Shumi for dinner along with like 8 oatmeal cookies. The second day I had a strawberry salad from Wendy’s my sons kid meal fries for lunch I ate two spinach wraps with Roman hearts Vegan cheese and honey turkey along with some candy and other snacks. With another 2 gallons of water. (I only drink water and have been for over 10years now)Taste was not mad at all it’s thicker than usual tea if that makes any sense tastes like green tea no bad reviews about the taste over here really and I did not mix anything with the tea.I believe that the cleaner you eat with this tea the less you poop which makes sense as it is a detox tea. I also think that the water helped with cramping (anytime I felt like my mouth was dry I’d just drink more water) I will continue to drink this tea to see what happens I kinda wanted the cramping and violent pooping to happen so I knew it would really work to get alll the crap out of my body ( I ate horribly for the three days I didn’t poop which is why I was expecting for alot to come out) will update later if I remember to lol.

This tea is spectacular, I've been drinking it for a week and it's effective... 100% recommended.

I have no doubts that this tea will work “as directed” because of the leaves used. This tea uses SENNA leaves. Which for those that don’t know, senna is a common prescribed medication to help people have bowel movements, it works by stimulating the colon increasing its activity to cause a bowel movement. So it will make you go and clean out your gut.But what there are no warnings about is if this tea is used everyday your colon lining will slowly change and become less effective, creating long term bowel issues for the future. (You can look up senna colon effect on google and see what I mean) While the packaging does warn against using this product for more than three days in a row, I (as a nurse) wanted to give a little more light as to why this warning was in place, and to NOT take it as a suggestion.So yes this tea is like essentially drinking miralax on a higher scale with a risks if done daily. So yes this product will do as advertised but please only use if needed do not use as a daily supplement, you will ruin your gut if you do.

I love this tea, it makes you lose weight a lot, only at the beginning it gives a lot of belly pain and you go to the bathroom constantly, it is only at the beginning of the three days then the body gets used to it
