They look really cool in the dark, or in club lighting.They have a slight flex to them, which can be disconcerting at first, but doesn't seem to affect playing once you get used to it.They have stood up to a few hours on the cowbell with only a few minor scratches (cowbells tend to massacre wooden sticks).They aren't visible in daylight, but having a see-through stick still looks pretty cool.They don't have an off switch, so can flash in your bag if they get bumped and run the battery down.You'll need a jewelery screwdriver to open the battery compartment to change it.The tiny screw can dig into your palm and hurt in certain playing positions (mostly relevant for cowbell players due to the slightly different stick holding position)The sound is a bit muffledOverall, I'll definitely buy them again for gigs, they arent the absolute best sticks for sound, but I'm not the absolute best cowbell player and cool light up sticks is therefore worth a bit of a drop in sound quality

As an experienced drummer, I didn't really have any expectations on the product since I would never really replace my wodden drumstick with anything else anyway.Depending on what kind of drumstick you are used to, you might find this too heavy or thick.The rebound isn't really ideal although manageable after some practice, however they are a bit hard to control due to the weight and the overall response of the material.With this said, if you are buying these drumsticks, you are probably not looking for performance but for something that looks "cool", and that is where the product meets the expectations.The led is activated everytime the drumstick hits the drum and the time activation is immediate, which means that if you playing in the dark or with low lights, the effect will be considerably entertaining.The led properly illuminates the whole drumstick (not just the tip) and the trigger is very sensitive.Also, they are pretty impossible to break while playing due to their resistance.If you wanna add some sparkle to your night live performances, this product will work very good for a couple of shows every now and then, especially if you are into rock/pop (I wouldn't play jazz,fusion, funky, and so on with these).If you looking for a proper set of drumstick for everyday practice, then I would not recommend the product.

I got these for my dad who drums as a bit of a joke, thinking they'd be pretty and fun but I doubted he'd ever use them. Actually, he loves them! He'd complained in the past about wear and tear on wooden sticks, and how he'd often end up with a pile of sawdust at the bottom of his kit, he says in the three months he's been thrashing these they haven't even got a scratch! He also says they're nice and comfortable to hold and he loves the light effect. Great present and far more value for money than I'd expected!

It got here earlier than expected and the are really really cool HOWEVER, they make the toms sound really weird and unpleasant. But they come with batteries though. Buuuuuut the batteries in one of mine died not too long after getting them... either that or its broken so... yeah. Do with that what you will, and thank you for letting me bestow my knowledge on ye asses

These drum sticks are as cool as a penguins privates but loads more fun.The seller is friendly, very helpful and eager to please. I will definitely buy from them again. A pleasure to trade with.

Didn’t take too long too arrive has a decent response but you have to work out how much pressure to put in at first. They’re not the most versatile and are a little flimsy and may be awkward for a beginner but other than that a nice idea for videos, gigs or just To add to your collection.

Purchased two sets of these for my children who have both been drumming for the years. They loved them, the sticks are indestructible, lights very bright. Would highly recommend for all ages.
