When mixed with milk, it tastes exactly like a chocolate milk, you don't need to like anything, its flavor is the best I've tried to date (chocolate), the truth is of excellent quality, it dissolves easily.

I don't like really sweet things and struggle to find a powder I like. This is perfect. It has zero sugar and low calories. Prebiotic formula has helped me improve my digestion too.
