Mama Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum Noodle - 30 Packets

These are only 46g net weight compare to those 90g package would be expensive. If I recognized the small package they are I would not buy it.

I absolutely love these, they are quick and easy to prepare and taste wonderful... You can't compare these to the popular snack pots that you can buy as this is a different quality and has an authentic taste.The normal method for these is add contents to a bowl, add the boiling water and wait 3 minutes... Sometime I like to make mine spicier and more substantial, so I add extra ingredients.... Add the packet contents to a mixing bowl along with 400ml of boiling water, add a table spoon of  Daesang Sunchang Gochujang (hot Pepper Paste) 500g  and a pinch of  Choripdong Red Pepper Powder for Kimchi (Coarse) 454g 1LB  along with 10 frozen prawns (5-6 king prawns), bring to the boil and simmers for a further 3-4 minuets. Delicious and spicy (hot).

I really have to thank my wife for the introduction to Mama noodles. When she visited the UK for the first time we obviously wanted to ensure that she didn't miss her Thai cuisine and we brought back a couple of packets of Mama's Tom Yam.With the adding of cabbage, tomatoes, prawns, egg and fish sauce, to the Mama's noodles it made a tasty meal. Of course this hot and sour sauce is prawn flovoured (one of the sachets included), so adding prawns makes it more substantial but isn't necessary. If you want to make it more hot and spicy there is another sachet with some red symbols.When the packets ran out we of course had to buy some more and found them reasonably priced on Amazon and they arrived without any problems.

Wish I hadn’t ordered a whole box as I’m struggling to eat. Very salty and a sour/ tangy taste which to me tastes nothing like sea food.Well priced, but just not tasty. The quality of the noodles are not that thick at all so not very filling either.I’m trying to decide if it’s the sachet with the sauce or the powder mix that is causing the not so nice flavour so I have tried each one alone. I found that with just the powder mix it was slightly better but still not great

Nice and easy . Great taste.Be aware that the box of 30 contain 45g per item much smaller portion which I didn't realise.When you buy individually they are 90g size much better value and bigger helping. Only got the 30 box coz there was a limit on amount of individual ones you could order.Same nice taste though.

Mama noodles are best , lots of flavour , best noddles I’ve ever bought , ive had Duck , Chicken, Shrimp, and creamy shrimp, great flavour , unlike one post on here these are not expensive, obviously hard to please , in fact I add prawns or say sea bass thinly sliced and cook with noddle Lovely

Great taste. Very authentic because they come with a little sachet of tom yum paste so the flavour of the broth is just the same. Noodles them selves are of a good structure & hold their bite well. Easy to prepare. Boil kettle. Pour contents in bowl. Pour over 300ml of boiling water. Cover with a plate and leave for 3 mins. Ready to eat.

My favourite noodles by a large margin :)These are quite spicy, but not too much, with an intense flavour (which is much more than I can say about other instant noodles you can find commercially in UK).Also, they come in a comfortable 1-month package :)
