Having recently had replacement hip surgery I have had to lay on my back for the initial post op 6 week period. I have not laid on my back as an adult and initially found this a very difficult position to get comfortable in. The inclusion of this support cushion tucked into the small of my back (and the addition of a u-shaped pillow) has meant that I was actually able to get sufficiently comfortable to get to and stay asleep through the night.

Very simply a good product, well made and even fits my gaming chair that no other product has fit on comfortably. I have suffered with back and neck pains in any seat I have tried. However this has made things much better and I've used it on gaming chairs, office chairs and in the garden and car.It's great and hasn't been uncomfortable in this hot muggy weather.My only regret is that I did not buy the other section for sitting on as I feel that will make things even more comfortable.That's my next purchase.

This is a good quality cushion, very soft and very well made but if you need extra support in the small of your back (or slightly lower) then this might not do the job. The cushion is concave shape and when I tried it out I felt like I needed to shove something else down behind me in order to get the support I need. Sadly I've had to return it and I'm going to try the Medipaq lumbar roll cushion instead.

I am a bus driver - some of the seats on the buses are really uncomfortable for me. it's weird as most of drivers i spoke to do not have this problem - but as soon as i sit down - it feels really uncomfortable. as i'm sitting down for almost 8 hours driving - you can imagine the discomfort turns into severe pain. it became so bad that i was considering leaving the job. so i thought i'd look into buying a cushion of some sort to help. i must admit - at first i did not believe anything could helpme. i bought this product 2 days ago. at first i didn't feel any affects. but as my journey went on that day - i realised the discomfort was no longer there. i could not believe it. it's been 2 days and touch wood - my back feels so much more relieved. that awkward discomfort i was getting - is no longer there!!!!!

I bought this cushion to help with lower back pain. I have had back pain on and off for several years, but this is the first thing that has made a significant difference. If my back is sore, sitting with the cushion behind me instantly eases the discomfort. Most notably, when I recently had a particularly bad back, I found that using it for a couple of hours while watching TV made my back a lot better. The next morning, the pain was gone. I have never had back pain disappears so quickly before - highly recommended.

Having not long returned from a long car journey in which I alternated between a hot water bottle and a couch cushion , I was all for a better solution and I can honestly say that I am delighted with my new Cushina Lumber Support. It supports my lower back in all the right places and is so snuggly too.

Bought 2 of these - one is great but the other is not so good (hence only 3 star rating) because the cover is too tight which makes the memory foam go all out of shape inside. Very comfortable for your back.
