Not bad, but not quite
On the upside, the paper is exquisite. For the price tag however I was hoping for 100% definite leather. The glue used to stick the pages to the book is also a but of an immersion breaker. It also doesn't sit flat, which makes it slightly less practical than I was hoping. Still, a good book that I hope to make use of during my future travels.

Fantastic journal. Looks exactly as pictured, professional handiwork, beautiful leather, neat seams, feels fantastic to write in. The sheets are somewhat yellowish, but I think it actually improves the appearance. The leather is a bit stiff which is a little distracting when you're writing in it as you have to hold the cover in place, but that will hopefully improve with time and usage. I'm only a few pages in.I'm using a fountain pen from Cross to write in this journal, and it simply feels right. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to show off their ability to take notes while looking fancy in the process.

Leather Journal
Beautiful journal, excellent quality and very well made!! Paper is high quality and you can use a fountain pen with it which is a huge bonus!! Would definitely buy again but it looks like it’s gunna last a while before that so huge thumbs up!!

“The second one we have purchased for our children heading-off for a gap year. Used as a journal to keep those memories - beautifully created although the 'string-like' closing is a little annoying - a clasp or elasticated closure would be preferable. Saying that, cannot critics the item itself.”
