I was looking for a low sodium protein powder when I stumbled on this brand. Its sodium content is less than half of most other brands. As I was reading about it I was pleasantly surprised to find it was sweetened with stevia. On top of that it derived from grass fed pastured raised cows. Ok all those things are great but what about the taste?... Its amazing!! BEST flavor hands down!! I first bought chocolate and it is delicious!! Then I just bought the strawberry, WOW even better!!! I haven't tried vanilla yet but I might... I do wish it was a bit cheaper though. I have 2 shakes a day and it does add up, but you get what you pay for. I will continue to buy it. :)

First protein powder that is everything I need in a powder. Healthy ingredients, no fake sugar. Easy to blend with smoothies, no aftertaste. Expensive but worth it.Except I now can't find vanilla! So hopefully it's back in stock soon.

In my experience, with trying out new protein powders I have been disappointed with them having low quality filler ingredients and or having a terrible after taste or flavor more often than not. However, this time around, I found what seems to me to be a solid quality ingredient product that is also great tasting! Great tasting and quality are rare in the whey protein shake arena in my opinion, but Energy First has made it happen. Kudos to them and thanks for not compromising on quality ingredients to get a great tasting product. I will be reordering and joining the subscription service.

Purchased this for my 84-year-old father, whose idea of dinner is a Cup of Soup and a baked potato! Years ago, he used this product prior to his lap-band surgery and for a little while after. When he ran out, he tried similar products; but he didn't like them as much, so he stopped using it altogether because it was difficult for him to get to the doctor's office where the powder was sold. Anyway, now he has his "shake" in the mornings and is feeling a world of difference! Duh Dad...you need protein in your diet, for goodness sake!!!!

I’ve been ordering Energy First Protein for a while now. It’s a really mild, but great tasting vanilla. I always come back to this brand because it is a clean formula! No artificial sweetener. However, this time…bad things! It tasted awful! It has a chemical like aftertaste that I’ve never experienced before. I definitely can’t drink it. I think i got a bad batch or something. Now, I’ve wasted money…but even worse…lost trust in the quality. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Damn shame…since clean protein formulas are hard to come by.

I've tried numerous whey protein mixes and this tastes great, easily mixes with milk or water...I've only tried vanilla. No reason to try others if i like it this much! I've seen decent gains in strength and bulking up within 2-3 weeks taking this daily and post workout on lifting days.
