GF uses this to keep the seatbelt away from her transplant kidney, but still in a safe position.You sit on the main part. It's then secured to your seat with a clipped belt that wraps around the back.You then flip the front part up and over your lap belt (securing the flap with a stud), which then holds it down lower over your lap and out of the way of a baby, (or kidney!).

This is really good and easy to use. Can switch between cars easily as well. The only downside is the velcro strip has started to roll back onto itself and can stick to outfits when getting in and out.

Was alot comfier on my legs and bump while i was pregnant, even during the earlier months! I have even kept it after having my baby so that i can give it to my sister in law who is trying for a baby!

I used this product since 4 months pregnant until the end and it’s been fantastic, sits safely under my bump and is very easy to attach to a seat and change from car to car if needed.

You have to be realistic. It’s a car seat adaptor.  And it adapts really well.  I say this because I had read several opinions and was doubtful before buying this product, but it adapts perfectly to the car seat meaning that the seat belt is no longer too tight, and I’m quite slim.
