Cell + Internet boost compatible! READ ME
I use this signal booster in my RV and it has boosted my signal from 2 unstable, very slow bars to 4 out of 5 bars on my AT&T network!T-Mobile 5G Gateway Internet boost!I also have the above Internet bc it has no contracts and I had an assumption this signal booster could also improve my T-Mobile Internet signal... I was 100% CORRECT! After locating the best signal spot for my T-Mobile Internet box it was showing 3 bars out of 5... which is decent but not good enough for uninterrupted streaming or gaming. Placing the internal antenna that comes with this signal booster directly behind the t mobile box it boosted my signal to 5/5 bars and works PERFECTLY! 5 /5 STARS for this product! It's cheaper than other boosters and if you play with it and find the best location it works just as good if not better than out high dollar boosters!

NO Support, Extreemly Complicated
I was DEAD with 2 (two) Statements in the 1st paragraph of the Instruction Manuel. "You need to verify that the booster will boost a part what your phone uses." "Download LTC" or something like that? I went to the Google App Store and typed in the letters. I was surprised to see that Google knew what phone I was using, because it said: "This app is for an older model than your phone, because it was written for and (Older Hardware) or (Software)" ? There was an App that used the same letters with the "App" after the letters. I down loaded that one, opened it, and it was a Cloud Back Up program. NO help in verifying that my new Samsung Galaxy S24+ phone was compatible. The last sentence said: "If you have any problems in installing the product, communicate with our knowledgeable and capable Customer and Tech Support.: There was NO toll free Number, Nor E-Mail Address, Nor Web Page to "communicate with our knowledgeable and capable Customer and Tech Support?"I called Amazon Help # and I was told, "We know this product is compatible with your phone." I was given another App and I was completely confused at what antenna my phone uses? I went on YouTube and found that my phone may have 4 or 5 antennas and NO Easy way to determine if the product would boost the signal for the correct antenna? Lost in the weeds, being a salesman, NOT a tech, I returned the product.

Works as advertised
I bought this for when my wife and I go camping; we're often staying in state parks in areas with poor cell reception. I looked at a number of these from different manufacturers, and in the end chose this one because it had decent reviews but cost far less than most of the others. I wasn't sure what to expect - whether this would be a "you get what you pay for" kind of thing. Well, I'm happy to report that this unit does exactly what it's supposed to - it takes a weak cell signal and boosts it so that it is useable. The system is very solidly made - the main unit is metal, and fairly heavy. Installation wasn't complicated - I bought a mast on Amazon (Able Signal Telescope Telescoping Antenna Mast Mount 59") and mounted it on the upper back of our camper, attached the system's outside antenna to the mast (easy with the provided hardware) and connected the wire from the outside antenna to the main unit which was placed inside the camper. According to the installation guide, there should be a minimum distance between the antenna and the unit, and I wasn't sure that the distance would be enough (it's a small camper!), but when I plugged everything in it worked fine. You then just connect the inside antenna (that transmits the boosted signal to your phone) to the main unit, power the system up, and you're done. It's important to understand the limitations of this kind of device, and to have the correct expectations - I read up on this quite a bit before buying, so I wasn't expecting miracles. This unit will take a 'fair' cell signal and boosts it up so that it is a 'good' signal - just barely, but enough that it is useable. If there is no signal at all in the area, then there's nothing it can do - even a system that costs three times the price of this one can only boost a signal if there is a signal to boost.Important to note also that it has a VERY short range - again, normal for this kind of device. Basically it boosts the signal within a foot or two of the inside antenna, and that's all. For me and my wife that was just what we needed - mainly we need to be able to connect our laptops to the Internet, so what I do with this system is I place my Android phone right next to the inside antenna, so it has the maximum signal possible, then I set it to work as a hot spot - this gives us a wifi network for our laptops. We tested this setup on our most recent camping trip and it worked perfectly.I'm going to figure out a way to mount the unit permanently inside the camper, and will add connectors to the outside of the camper for connecting the outside antenna - for our initial testing, I just ran the cable in through a window, which isn't great long term. But I'm very happy with how this system is working, and can definitely highly recommend it at the price - it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Works as Promised
Looking for a cell booster for our camper, but didn't want to spend $500. I have experimented with a friends name brand $500 unit and it improved signal, but not speed. After much research, I discovered that even the $500 ones didn't offer much more than just bringing in a weak signal. Minimal or even degraded upload speeds were normal. This is because your cell phone has multiple antennas, and your cell booster reduces it to one antenna. Kinda like covering one ear to hear. You can hear better with both ears, but if you are really trying to hear something weak/quiet, you can cover one hear and point yourself in that direction. MIMO antennas are needed for faster speeds, but they don't bring in a weak signal and require a router. So, I decided to purchase this on on Prime Day. Before mounting, I ran several tests, and it performed quite well. I tested in a good 5G area, and a poor LTE area. In both cases, the cell signal was boosted one to two full bars. As expected, upload speeds did diminish, however I found that my apps loaded and brought up content much faster. I would say it performed as well or better than my friends name brand $500 unit. As a result, I will be mounting it permanently. The attached photo has my test data results. It's kinda nerdy, but if you know much about cell signals this might be of interest to you. If anything changes after mounting, I'll report back.

Good product bad company
Works as it should. Simple install. Product was defiantly used when I got it. Box had stickers taken off already and antenna had dirty hand prints on it along with the screw holes being drilled out. Velcro was already stuck go side of the box and did not come with instructions. Had to find them myself online.
