Vanilla flavour is the best. Would recommend using it at least as one replacement meal. Helps you check your calories and provides basic nutrition.

If you are truly looking to take protein and vitamins buy good quality whey protei.In almost same price we can get double whey protein and having more protein. It contains sugar too. Good for starting the weight loss journey.

When ordering paid $40 to ship then when it arrived wanted another $26.57
Containers were smaller then expected, not happy with paying so much for shipping to get here, total of 66.57 don’t know if I will order them from here again!
