Exotic yummyness
I looked at all the reviews before i made a decision,. I was using a very good supermarket high end garlic mayo until it was'nt available. This has a moderate strength of garlic to it with a mild to moderate dijon mustard flavour, personally i think this is exotic!. If any criticism it would be that my 3 jars only had a 5 month use by date. Also I understand that taste Preferences are unique to all of us , so make your own decision.

Thin and rather acidic
Obviously food items are very much a matter of personal taste. However I did not find this much like real Spanish alioli - it is rather thin in flavour and rather harsh. I have thrown away two of the three pots and would certainly not buy again. I do recognise that others may find this a marvellous product though.

Yummy!
Very more-ish with fresh vegetables to dip into the jar or simply add to salads, especially with an Avocado. Now a regular delivery order. fattening no doubt but so what. Good quality product. Oh almost forgot to mention: best if the consumer likes garlic and is Ok with the inevitable consequences for others!

Recommended for all uses of mayonnaise that come to mind
Not as thick as standard mayonnaises, which can make using as a sauce a bit tricky, but who cares? No added sugar and no excessive saltiness! Definite Dijon mustard and garlic taste. Recommended for all uses of mayonnaise that come to mind.

Love garlic..love this.
Husband cannot get enough of this product. Good stong garlic flavour. Not overly cheap but different to find in high street supermarket.

Nice product, i
Nice product, i.e. creamy and indulgent and lovely with a bowl of chips apparently. But to 'compliment' a nice meal, and as one who eats garlic daily, and not a bad cook, either, I find it a tad too pungeant for my tastes. Not subtle. Gave 2 away. Thanks

Great mayonnaise
The best garlic mayonnaise I have tasted. It has a lemony tint which freshens up the garlic flavour. The only downside people might not appreciate is that it's a bit runnier than some mayonnaises, but I believe that's because the ingredients are fresh and lack fillers.
