We love it. it was quite loud. but we were in same room. once we got the sound right it’s lovely. just nice background chime. lovely looking clock and nice pendulum movement.

This is a wonderful clock. I have always wanted a Westminster chiming clock, and bought this as a 50th wedding anniversary present to my husband and self. It has a lovely chime reminiscent of a grandfather clock. Very pleased.

When the clock was received today I unpacked it and my first impression was that it was lighter than expected. Also the internal features, i.e. glass secured to frame by staples, made it look as though it had been cheaply made which was disappointing considering the cost. However, the clock face was very nice and the Westminster chime was exactly what I wanted. There was also a very useful feature where the loudness of the chime could be adjusted, and there was an automatic cut off during 11pm to 5am. On the strength of this, we had decided to keep it. Unfortunately the clock chimed at 1pm but failed to chime at 2pm. It chimed again at 3pm & 4pm then failed to chime at 5pm. and this time the minute hand was stuck on the figure 12. We manually moved the minute hand to 5.15pm and there it stayed. Have now requested a full refund and will be returning the clock as I have no faith in this not happening again, especially as it appears to be faulty on the first day of use.

Arrived earlier than expected. Lovely looking clock on the wall and it matches with our room decor. The chimes are nice to hear and it brings the house to life hearing it. Very easy to set up.

I WAS SO PLEASED WHEN THE CLOCK ARRIVED SO PROMPTLY. IT WAS ORDERED FOR AN 80th BIRTHDAY, IT IS SUCH A LOVELY LOOKING CLOCK AND THE CHIMES ARE JUST THE ICING ON THE CAKE. THE PERSON THAT RECEIVED THE CLOCK WAS SO THRILLED I COULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING BETTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH

very pleased with this purchase, as usual this item came well within the time specified, adjustable volume control is a good feature as not all these clocks have them, an excellent timepiece.

They look great, keep time well and the chime is charming.
