The bunk beds are great. They look nice. I got the white ones. They were easy to assemble with the right tools and the frame seems sturdy enough. The slats aren’t as strong as I would have liked so we will reinforce them as the grandchildren can be quite exuberant at bedtime! Some of the wood was marked/chipped in places.

The bed itself is lovely perfect for a grandparents house however the instructions were left wanting .. each item has a number or letter but not always the right ones we had to work it out for ourselves also too many holes that don’t have screws but a plastic cap to cover them 🤷🏻‍♀️just don’t make a hole . Having said this once we figured it out we put it together in about 2 hours. It feels very sturdy and looks the part . I would recommend it for the price .

Bed easy to assemble. We had an issue with one of the ladder rung, the wood was split. I contacted the firm, via Amazon. They replied the same day, saying they would send a replacement rung by post. All pieces are numbered on their non painted ends, so easy to order. The replacement piece arrived a few days later.The report of good customer service on the review page was one of the reasons we chose that bed. They didn't disappoint. 2 happy grand daughters!

These look fantastic!! In the past I have paid £6-700 for bunk beds and can honestly say, I see no difference in terms of quality. These look lovely and are completely solid. Twins are happy!! Mummy and daddy are happy!Easily assembled quite quickly.Great value for money.Would recommend everyday and twice on Sunday's. Bunk beds shouldn't make me this happy, but they do!!

Only bought as reviews were so good, so I’d thought I’d leave mine as it might sway someone to buy these..Was looking for nice white wooden bunk bed, and couldn’t find one cheaper than £300+Then I saw this, thought it was too good to be true but really wasn’t, arrived 2 days early which was perfect, but lucky we were in! It took me and my partner around 3 hours from start to finish, and couldn’t have been complicated as not one argument.. my 3 year old sleeps on bottom and my 6 year old sleeps on top, they’re not the smallest for their ages and the beds are so sturdy!Thank you got reminding me that not all bargains are so cheap in quality!Perfect bed!

Good for the money, not too big or small - so happy with the size. The wood itself isn’t the best quality a lot of it was damaged even if it was slightly. I piece was really bad that I emailed the company for a replacement part and they sent it no problems but again it wasn’t prefect.

Bought this for my daughters but had to pay someone to assemble it for me which took about 5 hours. Once put together the workmanship of the actual product was awful! Cracks everywhere and paint clippings. Didn't feel safe at all as very flimsy and sounds like its going to fall apart everytime you touch it. Requested a refund which the company agreed only if I had it taken apart and packed again which I couldn't do physically because of poor health hence why I paid someone to put it up in the first place. I asked if they would send someone to do that but they refused. Extremely dissatisfied with this company's customer service and such a waste of money on a large item not fit for purpose. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

My husband and I ( 79 & 69 years) managed the whole process with out difficulty , even lifting the top bunk on to the bottom one ! ..Grandsons very happy with thier new beds..Quality better than it first appeared, good value for money..Just take your time sorting out all the parts before starting the build..and use your commonsense..
