It isn't exactly hard plastic, like a counterto, but nearly so. Very firm. Will do the job but certainly not relaxing.

I have been struggling with neck pain and this helps to relieve some of the pain at the end of my day.

When my neck is stressed it does great. Even purchased one for the camper. Because you just dont ever know when you might need it

Some other brands did not come with the massage pins like this one. You can use on either ends up to your liking. Comfortable

I gave this product a try given that I had the occasional terrible neck pain. I am not sure if it is related, but during the first week I got a little nauseous after using it. It has gotten better now. Its been a little over a week. Takes some time getting used to. My neck has been feeling a lot better and less stiff. As for my posture, I tend to sit up more and hunch a little less. I will keep using this product even if it only helps relieve some of my neck pain.

I noticed that a lot of the pressure around my ears and neck are relieved after using l.

I really like this product, but it does take getting used to. Starting off on a flat surface while resting on it is the way to go. I started with 5 minutes and worked up to 10. I use it on days when my neck is particularly sore and it helps a lot. I have also used it sitting up on my couch and although less effective, it does help. Overall worth the purchase, but it does take time to get used to and like most things it's not an immediate fix or necessarily "comfortable."

I have been using this product religiously for 12 months twice a day but had to give it away to someone who needed it more then me that day. I ordered one got it delivered next day. This product works for me, I have issues with my neck and shoulders just 10 minutes in the morning before I get out of bed and before I fall asleep. It works for me and I cant love without it, I take mine on holidays.Thank you for a very quick delivery
