Nice product but beware of the tension bars when unpacking
*Be very careful when unpacking this play gym* The tension bars are curled up in the packaging and somehow when opening the plastic bag they are sealed in, one of the tension bars came loose and uncurled itself literally 'whipping' me in the stomach in the process. This was extremely painful and left a large mark on my stomach. I'm so glad neither my son or my baby girl were next to me when this happened or it could have been them that got hurt!I'm happy with the product itself and my daughter is quite content laying in it and looking around at all the colours. The fabrics are lovely and soft. The quality of the overall product is satisfactory for the price paid and I like that I can hang my daughters own toys on it.

The play gym itself is lovely and very colourful but when I received it there were bits missing like there were no hooks to hang the toys from. For the price I paid it was pointless having it really. The other downside to this play gym is that the mat itself is really thin. I have to put a thick blanket on top of it to put my baby down to play. The other thing which you need to be careful about is the postage because it says it's free for within the UK but I was charged when I live in the UK! Overall my baby does like her play gym but I can't say she will stay on it for longer than 10/15 mins!

Perfect, better than the rest.
Arrived next day, very colourful and soft. Easy to assemble. Keeps my daughter quiet so the brightness really does help. Toys and gym are very well made and better than most well known brand I see in the shop... Does not feel as cheap as some others do. I did have a missing clip which I emailed the company about and got a response within the hour and the part was shipped to me 1st class with no bother... I would not hesitate to recommend buying this other other branded ones.

Bit shoddy
Purchased this play mat recently, it did not come with the e book and the flower that plays music has now stopped working after being pressed only 4 times. One of the sides is lumpy and uneven, which is sad as overall the play mat is vibrant and still functional just not perfect.

Unsafe...
Looks great, and is high quality, my little bit loved it. The bumpers were great keeping him a bit more contained now he can roll too. Unfortunately its completely unsafe. After only using for a few days, my baby kicked one of the cross over arms, which unhooked and the whole thing collapsed. Luckily he wasn't hurt... Lol vely playgym, but the design is flawed. The arms act on tension and are only held in place by a plastic open ended clip. There is a good chance when baby kicks it that it will come loose, and it could have their eye out. Design needs work and sturdier clips. I would advise not to buy.

Disappointed package was incomplete.
Just received the play mat, I have a toy missing also the hanging rings and Ebook, although the play mat is really nice and comfortable for baby, would've gave 5 star if it was complete.
