A very effective item that gives a realistic look.
These are just the right size for an A cup bra, and the appearance is very realistic under normal top clothing. They are not too heavy and stay attached well with skin adhesive tape. They are not large but the effect is better because of that.

Fantastic for intended purpose
I've just had breast augmentation surgery and used these in the lead up to my op date to help create an illusion of cleavage so the big change would appear less dramatic!Lovely feeling, comfortable to wear and surprisingly realistic feel. The nipple feature was a positive feature but could be off putting for some? Silicone or fabric nipple covers would work as with the real deal.I definitely recommend these and it's almost a shame I won't need them any longer! 😏
