Kitemark Issues
Firstly, I must explain that I'm not a regular user of helium balloons, hence it's not economical for me to purchase a canister of helium. Eager to embarrass a departing colleague, I skipped merrily down the road and into a nearby party shop to get the balloon filled. 'No kitemark, insurance won't cover it. Can't blow it up sorry.' The response in the next shop was identical. Therefore the little pug is sitting on my colleague's desk looking sad because it's merely been filled by carbon dioxide.

The product arrived just four days after ordering it. The first card shop I went to supplied helium for the balloon for just £1, so it was really easy and cheap to get it blown up. I brought it as a present for my partner and he simply adored it. I would recommend and buy from this seller again.
