I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Monster Boomerang! I've never owned anything from Monster but I know the brand enough to purchase a speaker system. This time around I decided to treat myself to a neck speaker. If I may also add, I'm a pretty big audiophile. I have owned earphones, headphones and speakers ranging from Koss to Sony to Bose to Seinheisser. I'm that obsessed. I even bought my current car because of its Bose system (not even kidding).Sound Quality - As a lover of bass, this one definitely does not disappoint. The sound quality is just so crisp and clear. When I try out new speakers my test song is MJ's Thriller since it has every instrument you can think of on there. And lo, it just met my expectations. And of course now I'm going through so many other songs under different genres. I've even played some 8D tracks and WOW!!Comfort - The boomerang sits comfortably around my neck with its flexible rubber exterior. The bass is pumpin' so much that it's vibrating on my collar bone but I don't mind it at all. Mind you, the volume is up pretty high.Volume level - First, yes others will be able to hear what you're listening to especially at a high volume. If you have it on a low volume setting though, you can probably listen to your music or whatever without anyone else near you being able to hear it. I'd say they'd have to be at least 4 ft from you to be able to really hear it. While it will be great to wear while on your walk/run/ride, you probably won't be able to really listen to it at a high volume say, on a bus or flight without annoying people. Definitely just be mindful of that if you plan to wear it out in public.Call quality - Used it on a call the other day on Whatsapp. Not sure if it would make a difference if it's Whatsapp or not but I was told that I sounded a little far away. Note: I was using WiFi and was at home during the call.

Could be really really good if announcements were not so loud and hurting ears.

Had tried the Bose type before but cost was way out of reach. Bought these and was very surprised by the high quality sound at an unbeatable price. Good so that you can get the headphone quality sound while not blocking other sounds that you need to pay attention too.
