Petfamily Cat Litter Box, Large Foldable Jumbo Hooded with Transparent Lid,Grey

Love the size of this litter box. I bought it because my cat was peeing outside her smaller box because she could barely get inside it all the way. This one is plenty large. It has a number of snap-together components which have been to my advantage. To ensure my cat gets all the way inside the box, I ran a string across the box just inside the entrance. She has to step over that to get in. It works! The multi-layer design means I have a place to secure the string (between two of the components). That way it doesn't fall off every time I open the box to clean it. Seems to be well made. I like the see-through top so I can quickly assess when the box needs cleaning. It does require a large amount of litter to fill it. I am very happy with this product but I did find it a bit expensive.

This litter box is exactly what I wanted. My kitten uses it with ease and I think the clear lid is perfect as she feels comfortable with it. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning. It’s large enough for him to grow into. I wanted one without a door flap so it would be easier for quick cleaning and it is.

I’ve had this now for a bit and I really like how big it is. The lid easily comes off and it’s easy to clean.The only downside is my cat likes to pee on the clear part so her pee is stuck between the top 2 clear lids. Every time I take the lid off, pee drips everywhere. Also the 2 clear lids are impossible to get apart!!!!!! Think I’m gonna have to try a different litter box that doesn’t have the 2 lids

The media could not be loaded. The very bottom of the box measures about 13" X 17" across. At 6" it's 15" X 18 1/2" so plenty of room for a large feline to turn around. From the top of the highest "wall" it's over 12", with the dome on–about 15" top to bottom.Constructed of good quality plastic it arrived very well packaged with all the sections laid inside the main litter box. Separating these sections was a bit of a puzzle and I was afraid I'd break some of the little tabs but with a little patience was able to get everything safely unsnapped and re-assembled (about one minute setup time).Things I liked:1) The size. Huge by cat box standards. I especially like the width-a full 15” (with top off) and 15” at mid-level (widest cat box I’ve encountered)2) The 12" high sides (15" enclosed if you use the top). Keeps sand off the floor and in the box. (note: a very small amount of sand will still scatter out the front opening but minuscule compared to what it use to be. I leave the top off because I find it cumbersome to remove every time I want to change the box (note: the top turned upside down makes a great cat box for smaller felines or kittens ).3) The tight grip of the interlocking sections. Nice snug fit. (note: if your cat wets the sides there is just enough of a gap here–small as it is–that you may get a little seepage.4) Price. Not bad for such a good quality product.5) Sloping sides, so there's lots of room for kitties to turn and saves sand by minimizing footprint while leaving good surface area at litter level.6) Easy to clean7) Sturdy8) Did I say, KEEPS SAND OFF FLOORS!What I didn't like so much:1) There is a HALF-INCH ledge running around the perimeter inside the main box where it meets the bottom section. This often has sand kicked up on it. At 6" high not a big deal because it is "inside" the box but would be better without this "curb" that accumulates sand, dust or whatever.ALSO, remember when lifting box to grasp the bottom section and not the attached upper sections as its easy to do. After you make this mistake once you probably won't do it again.Overall totally pleased. So much so, that I purchased two! I think I like this box better than the metal one I bought at three-times the price.

Cleans well. Sturdy but easily breaks down for storage.

After 30 years of owning cats this is the first time I have owned an enclosure. This one was recommended by my son. I am pleased by my purchase. I can’t imagine why anyone would complain about any of these “leaking “ or any such thing. The top clicks closed securely. I have no complaints. The kittens (2) adapted immediately with no trepidation.

This litter box has four sections to complete the setup. The sections are approximately 3 to 5 inches tall.Well your cats urine gets stuck between these sections and is impossible to clean without taking this 4 part litter box totally apart. Plus the top section is not easy to lift off for quick scooping. It’s been a nightmare to use. Was looking for high sides or enclosed litter box to help keep the litter in the box. Would rather sweep up scattered litter than deal with this litter box. Was not a cheap purchase, hopefully I can return.

I really love this product! Easy to clean. Very sturdy, no smell, great value for my money! Love the lid, it works great and my cats love it!

It seems that cat litter box makers want customers to believe that a clear see-through lid is supposed to cost more. I think it was overpriced.The sections are not easy to remove. The opening of the litter box is at a lower level than most litter boxes, which is not good.This litterbox traps the cat urine and leaks around the lid section closures (it is hard to explain). I do not recommend this litterbox.

At first I thought this litter box was great, but once I realized my one cat who loves to pee standing up, causes the pee to seep into the cracks of the layers of the litter box. It is impossible to take the litter box layers apart once together for cleaning without breaking pieces of the plastic. I have had 2 of these litter boxes for 6 months and I am pretty disappointed with the quality. Also, when the pee seeps into the cracks it can leak. I agree that these litter boxes are over priced and I wish I returned them. I found better quality ones at Canadian Tire that are easy to clean and I have had zero issues with. The one positive with the boxes, is that the cats all seem to like the size and with them being clear, it reassures my nervous cats that no other cat is about to attack them while using the litter box.

This box was broken when it arrived (plastic was ripped up the side). It does not go together well and falls apart if touched/moved. There is also no way to remove lid to scoop the litter without taking it apart. Usually the lid lifts on and off easily. This went right in the garbage.
