4.5 stars make it 5. Good quality.
The tank is just like the description. I have used this bottle for about 4 months and still working great. The valve seals good and the hose still very flexible. Usually at the end of every use I drain the gas and leave the valve open so the gas doesn't rot the material of the hose. The plastic of the tank is well made and still have the original color. It has a hook to hang it from the handlebar and still above the carburetors.Cons: 1. valve opens at 90 degrees and keeps open to the end of 180 degrees so you don't know if is fully open or fully close. I marked it so I know.2. The hooks of the tank is only metal, I wish it had a rubber cover to avoid damage to parts like brake handle , mirror or painted parts.I like : quality, materials, capacity to storage gas. I do recommend it and I think is a good price for the money. I prefer to spend money on good things rather than a few money on cheap things.

Works exactly as described!
I needed this to just work and it did exactly that. New bike, needed to see if the thing ran and I didn’t trust the gas tank. Hooked this up, added fuel, closed the lid, opened the valve and after a few cranks it fired right up. No leaks, exactly as described.

Same "MOTION" as the "PRO" after 4 years use.
This is a great test tank. Whether just ding routine carbs syncs, or doing a complete restore on an exciting "barn-fresh," classic find, a test tank is a must-have item in your shop. If you're to do any real work on bikes, you have to have a test tank. When deciding if a bike that has, "sat up" for a long period is worth restoration, getting it fired is always one of the principle aims in my eyes. (Unless it has an engine that has a sludge pin in the crank! If it does, a bike that has sat up for years will throw all the sludge in the pin as soon and fresh oil starts to circulate through it, and likely destroy the engine even if it was, "good and tight," before you fired it.)If I have a restore candidate and the carbs are rebuildable, they are going to be worth rebuilding regardless of whether the rest of the bike turns out to be worth restoring or not. A clean set of freshly rebuilt carbs will usually ALWAYS sell pretty quick. Fresh carbs need fresh fuel, so - I use a test tank, ALWAYS in this situation. This and attention to the ignition system are the first two priorities, as the engine needs proper fuel and ignition to run. Running fuel into freshly rebuilt carbs from a nasty take is obviously not real smart. I always use a fresh fuel supply from a nice clean tank.I have owned THIS tank, bought right here on Amazon, for about 4 years now. The tank does not leak. The hose does not leak. The valve does not leak. Flows PLENTY of fuel for any two wheeled machine you could possibly want to supply. Even a Boss Hoss. You MAY need to loosen or remove the lid while the tank is use, however, to prevent building vacuum in the tank from reducing fuel flow.Of note is the fact that, like the name brand take that is very similar to this one, you CAN see through the tank wall well enough to see if the fuel supply has gotten any sediment contamination in it. (Perhaps by filling it from a dirty gas can) So if any rust or dirt has gotten into the tank, it is REAL EASY to see that and correct it before it becomes a problem. The only, "Motion," that is missing for ANY "PRO," is the motion of a lot more dollars leaving your wallet. I've worked in quite a few bike shops and always used that name brand test tank. This one absolutely works every bit as well, has every bit as much quality in it's build as the big name one, and costs a WHOLE LOT LESS!If you find this review helpful, please let me know by clicking that "Yes" button. Also, feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will get you the answers you need if I am able. I do not work for this company, and receive nothing for anything in connection with this or any other review or sale here. I merely like the fact that FINALLY, someone is making a MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED TEST TANK!

Works well
Should come with tubing from shut off to carb and a way to hang the fuel line but does a decent job for the price

Nice Construction
We hung one of these from the roof supports in our motorcycle area of the shop. It's not designed for storage, but even so it has not leaked a drop in nearly a month while we've been waiting on parts.Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
