Euro Retro Shoulder Bag Messenger in 10 Colours

I bought this bag for my son who was going in to Year 10. I thought it looked good and would be sturdy enough for his folders and thick text books. How wrong was I! The handle snapped less than 6 weeks of using it so I emailed the company and asked for either a replacement or a refund. I had a very short reply saying it "exceeds their 14 day policy". A very unprofessional reply. I could have fought them but why bother, they obviously don't need my business and don't care about the bad reviews they get either. Please do not waste your money on this bag.

I bought this bag so as not to carry so much to work after lockdown. The zips broke within a week very poor quality.

This is a great bag. It looks small when delivered but when you put your gear in there it opens up really nice. It looks like it cost more than it did.i am really happy with this purchase. I have nothing bad to say about this bag because there is nothing bad about it. It is also well made and strong.

It's the 3rd time I've bought these bags. Holiday one, work one's. Good quality and a great price.

Lovely selection of colours but a great quality holdall with strong straps and finished off well.

Delivered in good time and product is as described. Plenty of room and pockets to separate belongings accordingly, enough room to fit laptop "10 inch" and other items. Would have rated 5 stars but it's only downfall is there is nothing to prevent bottom of bag trailing on floor so will get wet/dirty quickly i think and may leak into inside

Great bag for the price. Does the job I wanted it for, so very pleased.

I was looking for a lightweight bag but sturdy enough for daily use, and at the moment it fits the bill.
