Q: I'd like to use the riser, but am looking to display 100-150 macarons. What is the smallest size you can use the riser on?

Hi Jana, that's an excellent question and no one has ever asked it! Referring to the second product image, you can opt not to assemble Levels 1 and 2 and still have Level 3 sit on the riser. So, Level 3 is the smallest size that will sit nicely on the riser, which would accommodate about 132 macarons. We hope that answers your question.

Q: How stable is this display? Could it be assembled and then lifted across a room or should it only be put together in the final resting space?

Hi Jim Bob, The display is very stable. However, I think it's best to set it up at it's final space. It is not time consuming. You can put together the display quickly and beautifully. I'm a little clutzy by nature.

Q: My acrylic support riser cracked. do you sell just the riser?

Q: Can i use this for something else not only for macaron like cupcakes?

Maybe only mini cupcakes. The spacing between shelves is too short for regular sized cupcakes. And the plastic is really lightweight. I would not recommend using it for anything other than macarons.
