First what a body pillow does for me and then the review of this particular body pillow.I have to sleep on my side now (not by choice) due to sleep apnea. What many don't know, is along with sleep apnea your body will move several hundred times a night and the body doesn't always move in unison. Your lower half may turn and upper may turn out of sync, or not at all. My problem were my knees too- sometimes twisting, or just resting on top of each other. I would be limping the next day not understanding what I did. My shoulder would hurt and it wasn't the side I was laying on. Also, I'd get wrist pain on that same side, which I found out was because I would roll on to it (because that shoulder/arm are just dangling unsupported and resting on that wrist. Sometimes the wrist flips in- roll forward a bit, and now it's trapped in an unnatural position). I tried everything- got a new expensive orthopedic mattress with built in memory foam top, then an additional memory foam topper, then a special pillow. All seem to help a little each time, but I kept having these unexplained pains. It's maddening when you try to recall what you did to cause the pain- did I lift something wrong yesterday? Getting this body pillow was a game changer. By separating my knees and hips and giving my arms support by being able wrap them around the pillow, I've reduced my knee pain 100%. Hip and sciatica pain 85%, shoulder and wrist 75%. Will this help everyone, no. Depends on the actual cause of your pain as well as your body type and sleeping position. I have broad shoulders, hips and thick legs from earlier years of working out (I said earlier years- I have a big belly now, lol). I also use my old body pillow, which was nowhere thick or soft enough, to now put behind me to prevent me from rolling back and twisting my back (I would wake up in the morning and my upper body was on laying on my back and lower half would be twisted, still to the side). I've suggested body pillows to friends and family and they have varying degrees of relief, but all have had at least some relief. A bonus for me, I'm recovering from covid. When it 1st hit, my entire body hurt. Holding on to this pillow gave a little physical comfort, but more importantly, it somehow gave me mental comfort as well. That alone was worth the purchase price.Now for the review of this particular product. The one I recieved was fully and completely stuffed. If I would of needed to remove some stuffing, I could, but I'm happy with the way it came and this is because the memory peices are nicely compressible. When compressed, the memory foam is still comfortable yet supportive. It returns to its previous shape and does not seem like it will stay compressed over time like my previous polyfill body pillow which is now flat as a pancake, despite constantly trying to "fluff" it. It's very soft, yet still supports. Another bonus, this thing stays cool. I'm a night sweater- this thing did not add heat or increase the amount I sweat. Add to that, with covid, I soaked the sheets, bed, and completely soaked the head pillow end to end, yet somehow, this body pillow stayed cool and dry. The only thing I could think of is that it may have dried quickly maybe? I don't know for sure, but it was a win-win thing regardless because it was dry and didn't add to my freakish chills.Bottom line, it's comfortable, durable, has great materials, both the memory foam pieces and exterior shell. Try it for at least a week- if you don't like it return it or use it as base pillow across your entire queen bed. You could even use it as a lumbar pillow for your couch on movie night. What ever happens, I hope it does for you, what it does for me, or it at least makes an appreciable difference in preventing or giving you some pain relief. If it doesn't, don't give up on trying to find something that works for you. It may be something as simple as a pillow, or combination of simple things. Most Important, Remember to be patient. Results rarely happen overnight with most things in life. Try things for a week or 2 before before you dismiss whether it's working for you or not- you may be passing up something that truly works for you if only you had stuck with it just a little bit longer.

This is the best body pillow I have ever had! Comfortable and keeps me cool. Fluffs right back after sleeping with it. Amazing!

This pillow is very thick and firm not fluffy at all. Initially I hated this pillow and put it in my closet for more than 2 months. It made its way back on to the bed and I now love it. I guess it just needed to form once removed from the package. My sleep quality has improved greatly and I love the support. Is always springs back into shape and didn’t have a funny smell when removed from the package.

The pillow is very comfortable and keeps cool! Once I removed some stuffing, I slept well!Quality is great and it keeps its shape if you fluff it! I have a herniated disk and it gave me enough support throughout the night. Zipper wasn’t in the way, made it easy to adjust the firmness and it is a light weight pillow.

I’m super picky on pillows, but this one exceeded my expectations. The cooling side is super nice and it isn’t too firm or one of those pillows that your head sinks all the way down. It has the perfect amount of support. It’s super comfy. Will be buying more of these without a doubt!

This pillow is nice and squishy, very comfortable to cuddle and supportive of limbs. There was a scent at first, but a few days in a breeze took care of that.It does feel cool to the touch at first. But within minutes, it absorbs body heat, becomes warm, and needs to be flipped. First vertically, then horizontally, then vertically again. There's usually one part of it that's cool. But not always.

Nice quality

I’ve only slept two nights with these pillows, and I love them! They are cool, but don’t think that they just going to keep you cold. I seem to get warm sleeping, but the two nights I’ve use these. I went through the whole night. Someone on here wrote that you’re like the princess and the pea and I’m sort of like that too, because I had previously bought a firmer pillow which I thought would be comfortable, but it was too hard. And I bought two soft ones and they were too soft. These are just perfectly right

We find these pillows so very cool & oh so comfortable.

This pillow is soft and keeps cool through the nice. However, since I move too much at night it's not feasible for me. Everytime I turn I have to move this huge pillow too (and I've already removed a lot of the foam to make it smaller), and it's just too much work.I'm using it as a lumbar pillow on the couch instead
