Proud mot bad, definitely will help if you experiencing planter issues on ur bottom feet, I expected more cushion on the bottom material but still ok.

I bought multiple pairs of this insole I’ve Been using these for a few months now. My feet feel better . The arch is a little too close to the heel, the heel cup is good. Unfortunately they are noisy ! They squeak in my shoes , 3 different pairs you can hear me coming from a long distance. If I can find one that not noisy it would be perfect !

These inserts are a good deal with one exception, they make my shoes squeak when I walk. I am walking 8 hours a day in a department store and it's noisy.

These replaced some $89.00 inserts, blewthem out of the water for comfort

Its like they just extended the toe for the larger sizing. I'm a 10.5M and the arch lift started before my heel ended. So, they're not really that comfortable. They also take up a lot of height in the shoe. Making a lose fitting shoes too tight to wear comfortably. Comfort for insoles should be noted as not noticing that they're present. If the insole is letting you know its there, that's a fail. IMO, Cork and leather insoles still seems the only way to go. They cost three times as much, but its better than buying multiples of these middle of the road insoles trying to see what works. Cork and leather mold to your foot, foam and plastic don't. So, if you have pressure points with this style, you'll have them months from now too.

It’s quite severe so it actually hurt a little at first because my feet are really flat. But after a few day I’d never go back as it helps me do more without breaks for my feet and back

I suffered plantar fasciitis which prevents me from walking too much. Got this and it has helped hugely. I don’t know if this brand is better than any other but my physio recommended a Vasyli brand which is a lot more money. Being a cheapster I got this instead.I can say with 100% certainty it works, because when I don’t use them my feet hurt again.My feet hurt a lot less, but the problem remains as a minor irritant rather than anything else.One thing I am not sure about is rigidity of material and whether the foot arch support will last after prolonged use. Feels a tad flimsy.I have since bought 2 more pairs of these insoles.One thing to check before you buy is that as they are bulky you need to remove existing insoles. A lot of shoes don’t have removable insoles, and this product is not suitable or else you will have squashed feet.

I bought these orthotics as I have fallen arches and found that they're very firm. The support is very good, there's also a gel heel that really makes the product comfortable. They have stopped the foot ache that I had from shock obsorbtion. Will definitely be buying more. I also suffer from a foot spur and thanks to this product I can walk as normal. Would definitely recommend.

These insoles have helped greatly in reducing my pain and helping with my body alignment, although one thing that drives me nuts is how much hight it adds at the heel which can make trainers like converse or filas uncomfortable and cause the heel to rub against the shoe

got these to help with Plantar Fasciitis but tbh do really use them any more they feel very odd when you first wear them and then takes a while to get use to
