Awful. Doesn’t even stay on over night. As someone with EDS, I use tape on a very regular basis. Even the cheap stuff from Poundland sticks better than this one does! Also it’s too stretchy so doesn’t offer enough support. Disappointing as i like the colour and it being precut is convenient

I have bought over many years Different brand's of Kinesology tape for my wife's use.This tape is without doubt the worst we have encountered.The tape quality itself is not in doubt.The adhesive is.The tape goes on well as normal but on removal it leaves the most awful sticky mess that does not wash off.I tried medical adhesive remover and that did not work.I ended up using White Spirit which did the job well?Certainly can't recommend this tape.

What a great way to support tired and slightly injured mussels, takes a bit of thinking about but go to the website and it’s all there, good price and arrived on time, will use this company again

This tape was recommended to me by a dedicated fell walker after I started getting arthritis in my knee.I have been using it to the design recommended in the Ebook supplied and it certainly seems to offer relief.The adhesive works extremely well even on leg hair and will remain in place throughout day or night use.

I used this tape as I have a weakened left knee and was told it would provide extra support when playing sport. I play squash and basketball, both of which can be high impact. The tape is easy to apply and sticks to skin well. The biggest benefit from using the tape is that I appear to be in less pain after sport. Which I think is a direct result of my knee being better supported and not moving out of its natural position so much. Overall this seems to be a good investment for anyone trying to prolong the use of his or her overworked bodies! Well worth a try!

I play rugby, but need K Tape on some old injuries. Whilst being cheap, even my physio agrees, this one does the job just as well.

Great tape, so much better than other tapes I've tried. You don't even need to cut it and it's premade.
