Decent product for a decent price
Take one twice a day with meals,and other supplements,including plant sterols.Don't appear to have done me any harm,and seems to prevent minor back pain caused by short term use of statins,so will continue buying and taking them,unless there's a sudden massive price hike into a certain high-street 'health store' territory.
