Great little placemats - easy to wipe clean or rinse under the tap and don't seem to stain with tomato sauces.We bought these and the world map ones Little Wigwam World Map Placemat and were surprised when our 6- and 3-year-olds prefered this flags one. They have great fun at the breakfast table finding different countries and admiring the flags. They also try to match the flag to the country on the world map.

Easy tool to help learn flags and capitals for my pub quiz!

My 8 year old son uses this as his table placemat. It's nice because he always has something interesting to look at while he's eating (the tv is off). He frequently quizzes the family on the capitals of each country. This is fun and effortless learning. Although now I need to study the capitals because there are several that I didn't know. The capital of Mauritania is Nouakchott, by the way.There are 216 countries listed in alphabetical order. Food spills are easily wiped away with a damp cloth.The kids also use the Philip's World Map, the Little Wigwam Multiplication Mat, and the Little Wigwam Solar System Mat. All brilliant for a bit of covert learning at the table.

My son loves this placemat . He asks us about the countries their capitals and flags during mealtimes. The mat is of excellent quality and easily cleanable

Love this placemat. My son is now obsessed with learning the capital cities and so Geography lessons are happening without him realising! We also got the world map mat and he loves that too.
