Has really helped with my hand pain
I'm a writer and I've got some type of repetitive motion injury in my left hand. It hurts from time to time but I can power through it. Even so, I'd like it *not* to hurt. I've tried several things that did minimal good and then I tried this product. Some people might be hesitant to order a supplement for video gamers but I thought I'd give it a shot. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it sure seems to be helping! My hand has greater flexibility and most importantly it doesn't hurt as much. I guess it could always be an 'alternate causality' but I'm definitely going to keep taking this until further notice. Highly recommended!

Difficult to fully evaluate, but I can't say I notice any difference.
I have a thumb that was badly broken, as well as knees that tend to get sore during long periods of sitting. Being a tall, thin guy in his mid-40s, anything that might help with flexibility and aches and pains is worth a shot. There are people that swear on this type of supplement, but---maybe it's just a YMMV kind of thing---I'm not really seeing what the benefit is. This could also be that you need to take it for a longer period of time. Either way, this isn't something I can really justify or see myself spending the money for on a regular basis.Stretching is tough, but it's also the best way to actually increase flexibility. As far as improving tendons...well, stretching is probably the best for that, too, lol.I don't want to knock the product completely. It isn't as though there are negative side effects, but it's tough to really give anything more than a "meh, it's fine, I guess" for a product like this.

Great for joint relief, not 60 servings
Sure, here is the revised review:This review is for Biosil's Cartilage Fragmentation Inhibitor 60 servings. As I get older, my range of motion has decreased and the cartilage in my joints has degraded over the years. This has caused discomfort when I overuse my joints, as they do not have enough cushion. This supplement has been helping by providing me with collagen, which I may not be getting enough of from my normal diet.I have been taking this supplement alongside exercises that help mobility and provide relief for my joints. I have definitely been feeling a difference since taking the pills, but it is also possible that this is due to the exercises I have started at the same time. The bottle states that two pills should be taken daily, as there are 60 servings. However, there are only 60 pills included in the bottle. This means that either the serving size is incorrect, or I only received half a bottle of pills.Overall, I am satisfied with this supplement. It seems to be helping to improve my joint health, and I have not experienced any side effects. However, I would recommend that Biosil clarify the serving size on the bottle.

Works
Biosil's "On Your Game" supplement has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. With 60 veggie capsules per bottle, this product offers a generous 60 servings. I appreciate that it contains the patented ch-OSA Complex, ensuring its quality and effectiveness. Being GMO-free is a big plus for me, knowing I'm putting a natural and safe product into my body. This supplement has become a staple in my daily routine, and I've noticed positive changes in my overall health and vitality. I highly recommend "On Your Game" to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality supplement.

Seems to help keep my chef hand flexible, but quite pricey
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, nurse, physician, or any form of medical practitioner. This review is purely my experience using the product and should not be considered medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine. When working in the kitchen, having flexible joints is a must. Between constantly bending down to reach for things under a counter or just the repetitive chopping of fruits and veg, a day of cooking can wear down your joints quickly. After hearing about the benefits of choline, I decided to give it a try. After a month of use, I do feel like my joints feel better. I don't feel quite as stiff, my knees are not constantly on fire, and I'm not experiencing sharpness in my wrists. However, at two pills a day and only 60 pills a bottle, this product will only last a month. I can't say it's a great deal at that price point, considering how little it lasts.

Helped with my hand pain from gaming too much
This product caught my attention with the label "On Your Game." I don't think it specifically targeted gamers but I read the reviews and had to order a bottle to try. My hands were killing me from playing games on my PC with keyboard and mouse too much. Only using it for a few days, I found my hands experiencing less pain. This product definitely works. They are very easy to swallow capsules. Before using this, I would experience pain in about 5 minutes of gaming. Now, it takes hours. Of course, I've adjusted how much I game and started doing exercises. Don't let products like these allow you to continue bad habits. Definitely add it to a regimen but don't let it solely be what fixes your problem.
