I bought this heat pad to help with sciatica pain and it has been amazing. Highly recommended.Comes with three settings but the lowest is more than hot enough.

I use this as a heated pillow, it’s stopped my headaches, lovely and warm I don’t want to get out of bed, really soft. Am recommending to my friend.

Not at all as I expected. Does not heat very well and has to be plugged in all the time. I thought it was supposed to hold the heat for 2 hours.

Being taller I seem to suffer from cold hands and feet quite a lot so when my previous mat gave up in the midst of a cold snap I had to replace it quickly.I chose this one as it had decent reviews/price/features. And wasn't disappointed.The only reason this gets 4 stars not 5 is there is no way to adjust the timing feature. Apart from that it's great!

Item overheats & cuts out immediately. Once it cools down completely it sometimes heats up again & sometimes not. Item returned to seller

The blanket keeps me warm and cosy it’s useful especially during my period when I get bag cramps No more hot packs which left red marks in my body. It’s easy to connect and use. It has three setting low medium and high so can adjust according to needs

I do suffer from back problems and this little wonderful heat back mat has helped me immensely! Heat can be regulated to low, medium and high and it holds the heat for quite some time, even after switched off! I have even used it to warm up my feet ;)
