Great for my use
I ordered these to make coconut oil disk of a certain measurement. 1TSP. I use them for oil pulling. I melt the oil, pour into mold, put in fridge until hard. After they get hard, I just pop them out of the mold and put them in a zippy bag and back into the fridge they go. Then when I do oil pulling, I just pull one out and am set. I do set the mold on a flat cookie sheet before filling. Just to make it easier to move around without spilling content.I paid full price, as of the time of my order, as listed on Amazon. I may have used a gift card that I received. However those gift cards have nothing to do with reviews or my purchases on Amazon. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW!Thanks, and have a wonderful day. Easy to pop out!
I bought this mold because I need to measure out butter I consume accurately. With this mold I am making teaspoon servings of butter. Then when I need 1 teaspoon I can use one of the little molds. Perfect and it's a timesaver!

ease of removing resin castings
Super soft and so far works well casting resin for jewerly. The only problen you might encounter in the future is the material ripping due to, IMO, to rip. It has not happened to me so far and I have casted several trays.

Great tool for Reverse Spherification
This worked perfectly for molecular gastronomy reverse spherification. I added some calcium lactate Food Grade Calcium Lactate (Molecular Gastronomy) ⊘ Non-GMO ☮ Vegan ✡ OU Kosher Certified - 50g/2oz to some store bought tahini sauce, then used the mold to freeze 24 little spheres of tahini. Then I made a sodium alginate Sodium Alginate - Food Grade - 2 Ounces - Molecular Gastronomy "bath" and dropped the frozen spheres into it. By freezing them in the silicone mold before adding them to the alginate bath, the spheres kept their spherical shape without me having to fuss with them. Also, since I didn't use all of them, I transferred the extra frozen spheres to a baggie to keep in my freezer for the next time I want tahini spheres. The spheres came out of the mold easily and the mold itself is super easy to clean and I believe it is dishwasher safe.

Good for cough drops
I got this for making my own cough drops with honey and horehound tea. It worked well. It is a little floppy, so needs to be on a level, flat, sturdy surface, but it handles hot hot liquid just fine. The instructions that came with it advised boiling it in water before the first use!

Worked perfectly for reverse spherification
Just like another reviewer pointed out, I purchased this to use for reverse spherification. This was my first time playing with any molecular gastronomy technique. Instead of purchasing from a specialty store, I purchased this silicone mold. When putting the liquid in the freezer, I had to use a baking sheet under the mold to give it enough rigidity to be able to lift off surfaces with one hand. But the flexibility of the mold itself helped when trying to take the frozen liquid out of the mold.

Perfect for making wax melts!
I am a Kringle Candle fiend and when the wicks burn out it breaks my heart to toss the jars away with perfectly usable wax left in the bottom. So, I bought a wax warmer and this bad boy to melt the leftover wax and make little melts for my wall warmers around the house. The hot wax does not damage the molds and it comes right off when the wax cools and dries. I love this, it’s exactly what I needed!

Nice sized but not very sturdy
This is a bit too flimsy for what I had in mind, but it is as described by the seller. I will probably use it for freezing yogurt drops or gelatin drops and then freeze drying them. The cavities in it are just about the right sizes for those types of things. I was planning on using it for soap embends, and I still may. It cleans up rather easily with hot water.
