Für mich als ältere Person zu hart und zu unbequem.
Dieses Produkt sollte mir das aufrechte Sitzen beim Meditieren ermöglichen. Es ist aber viel zu hart und deshalb für mich nicht hilfreich.

SODDISFATTO !!!
Durante la meditazione trovavo sempre un po complicato trovare il giusto rilassamento !!! Con questo sgabello finalmente non sento particolari dolori fisici !!! Le prime volte sto usando un piccolo cuscino per alzare un po la seduta e non sentire il collo del piede che tira troppo ma sicuramente col tempo togliero'!!!Un po di attenzione a montare i due supporti in maniera esatta ma in 5 minuti fatto tutto !!! Molto carino anche da vedere per estetica e robustezza !!! Spedizione il giorno stabilito !!! Lo consiglio !!!

Si buscas un banco para meditar este es el tuyo, si lo quieres hacer SOLO de rodillas. El banco es de muy buena calidad y muy cómodo
